Orthodontics is a truly wonderful profession. I love transforming smiles, and in the process, also transforming lives! The confidence that a beautiful smile can bring to a patient, young or old, is truly priceless.

The global pandemic presented many challenges, but it also revealed how important our community is to us and how important we are to our community. I appreciate more than ever the joy that comes from making a positive difference in the lives of my patients, who have been so happy to return and have some normalcy back in their lives!

Orthodontic treatment offers me the chance to know my patients personally, and I often get to connect with multiple generations of families, which is very rewarding! Creating beautiful smiles allows me to witness the transformation of a person who was once self-conscious about their smile into a person that can smile with pride and confidence. Each day is different and each case is unique. In my practice, we serve a diverse population that represents many different countries and cultures, and it keeps each day interesting!

Continuing education courses and seminars are a very important part of my professional development. Learning about new and exciting advances in the field of orthodontics translates into more efficient and effective patient care.

When Im not working, I love traveling, outdoor activities, going to the beach, reading, and spending time with family and friends. I also enjoy giving to those less fortunate by volunteering for dental mission trips to Jamaica West Indies and South America with the Organization for International Development. I also volunteer to provide dental screenings and presentations at local schools.

With three children of my own, I find I can relate to most young people and how they are affected by the world today. I enjoy educating people about procedures, as that eases their fear and concerns. The lack of knowledge or information can fuel anxiety, so I dedicate time to help people understand what we do, and why!

Aaron explains dental and medical terminology and procedures in an understandable manner. He supports our patients throughout the orthodontic process, provides instruction on home healthcare products, and encourages patients to maintain good oral health. He also researches patient inquiries and collects and prepares data for further research and goals.

Aaron played basketball in high school, which showed him the importance of working as a team to achieve a goal. He also studied martial arts, which taught him discipline and respect for others. He brings both of these learning experiences to our office. Aaron has worked in the dental field since 1997, holds an Associate in Applied Science in dental hygiene, and joined our team in 2016.

If hes not helping our patients, Aaron can often be found in his kitchen. He loves to work and create with his hands and considers himself an exceptional cook. He loves to experiment with different types of cakes and pastries. For Aaron, the time spent baking and creating home projects with his wife and children is precious.

I enjoy seeing our new patients, especially the children, and being able to help them and their parents understand braces. Telling people what to expect alleviates a lot of worry, and they feel more confident about starting treatment. They also learn they have a friend in me and that they can ask as many questions as they want!

Working in our front office, Sandy answers phone calls, assists patients with various needs, and translates for our Spanish-speaking patients and families. She also creates our weekly schedule. Sandy started with our practice as a patient, when she was eight, and she came to work with us in 2020.

Studies keep Sandy busy when shes not helping our patients. Shes currently a third-year college student, majoring in biology; her goal is to attend dental school and then become an orthodontic specialist! Sandy is the sixth child of seven and a first-generation student. Dr. Le-Cadre created Sandys smile and that experience inspired her to pursue the orthodontic career path! Thoughshe spends a lot of time learning, Sandy enjoys the process. Her future dreams, beyond creating smiles, involve traveling to different countries and exploring different cultures.

I really like helping and educating our patients throughout their treatment plan and seeing how each person changes as their new smile takes shape. Im a former orthodontic patient and started treatment struggling with an overbite and crowding. Treatment gave me a smile I love and a huge confidence boost now I get to help people achieve the same!

As our lead dental assistant, Harris works closely with Dr. Le-Cadre as she treats patients. He makes sure the patients are comfortable and that the doctor has what she needs to get the job done. Harris also assists in taking patient records and offers post-treatment instructions and encouragement. Additionally, he is our unofficial IT person and is responsible for sterilization, to ensurepatient safety and adherence to OSHA guidelines. Harris joined the practice in 2008 and is a registered medical assistant, as well as being certified in CPR/ABC, AED, and EKG.

Harris played on a basketball team from elementary to high school. Being on a team, and as a team player, he knows that all of us working together means the best experience for our patients and each other. Having braces changed Harriss oral health and his self-esteem; he enjoys telling patients about his experience and sharing in their lives during this pivotal time.

I really enjoy watching a patients first reaction after removing their braces: their gigantic, pleased smiles are incredible! I love knowing that I took part in making people happy and giving them beautiful, happy smiles!

As an orthodontic assistant, Alina is responsible for assisting the doctor with all procedures, as well as creating a friendly and positive experience for all patients. She takes pride in making each patients visits both educational and fun, and loves helping people working toward achieving their best smile. Alina started with Le-Cadre Orthodontics in 2012 and rejoined us in 2021.

Much of Alinas free time is spent with her two dogs. She enjoys taking them to the beach and dog park in her spare time. She adores dogs and has a passion for working with children, too. Alina recently graduated from Iona College and plans to continue her education in the dental field.

Le-Cadre Orthodontics is a family-oriented practice that provides orthodontic services for children and adults in a happy and relaxed atmosphere. We want patients to feel confident that they will receive excellent treatment, because we truly care about their well-being. Our patients become our ambassadors in the community: sharing their excitement about their experiences here and the joy of achieving their beautiful smile with family and friends.

We offer a range of services to meet the orthodontic needs of our patients, including early interceptive treatment for our younger patients, Invisalign for adults and teens, Incognito lingual braces, ceramic braces, and traditional metal braces with colors. We are also a Digital Imaging Practice we utilizean iTero Element Intraoral Scanner for your comfort and convenience!

We have a very child-friendly office. We also provide private treatment areas for any patients who seeka more socially-distant experience. It is not uncommon for us to treat parents and children at the same time!

When our patients come to our office, they immediately feel the warmth and care from our professional staff and from Dr. Le-Cadre. We treat our patients like family and take an interest in their lives, not just their teeth.

We have different contests in our office and on Instagram to keep our patients motivated and engaged in their orthodontic treatment. From keeping up good brushing and care of braces to earning a good report card, patients can win cool prizes, gift cards, and more!

For most people, achieving a healthy, beautiful smile is the reason to receive orthodontic care. If youre self-conscious about your smile, correcting your concerns with braces will greatly improve the way you look and feel.

When your treatment is complete, you will have the smile youve always dreamed of and the confidence to show it off! We also want you to feel comfortable and confident throughout your entire orthodontic experience, soour practice is dedicated to making sure you receive the quality care you deserve.

Orthodontic appliances are made of metal, ceramic, or plastic. They may be removable or they may be brackets bonded to the teeth. By placing a constant, gentle force in a carefully controlled direction, braces slowly move teeth to the proper position.

Gone are the days when a metal band with a bracket was placed around each tooth. You can now choose clear or metal brackets and, in some cases, the color of your appliance. Wires are far less noticeable, and the latest materials are designed to move teeth faster with more comfort. Today, any age is a great time to wear braces!

Treatment time varies and can last between one and three years, depending on several factors including age, treatment method, and how minor or severe your case is. A big factor in a successful treatment is you! The more involved and diligent you are, the more efficient your treatment will be. For children, receiving interceptive or early treatment can also help ensure a quicker treatment time.

I don't recommend this place at all. Every dentist I've gone to after I got my braces off has told me that they messed me up badly. I was even advised to sue. They removed one of my central incisors and left a canine tooth as its replacement. My bite was also never corrected. It's been a few years since I got my braces removed and I'm still dealing with issues because of this orthodontist. Six years of braces for awful results and long term issues. If could give zero stars I would.

She keeped my daughter in braces for 5 years, I was concerned by the lack of progress so I took her to a different Ortodontist for a second opinion. After taking x-rays the Orthadontist explained that the roots of her teeth were all alined wrong he found an ingrown teeth he was very polite and was very confused as to why she had her braces for 5 years. He said he never had a patient with braces for that long. I made an appointment with Dr Le Cadre for her to take my daughters braces off. She said that all her teeth were done that the treatment was almost over bc her teeth had no problems whatsoever. I confronted her with the x-rays from the other Orthodontist she acted surprised and confused. She showed me her records in which nobody had taken x-rays since the beginning of the treatment. I was fuming she tried to blame my daughter dentist and the pandemic for her incompetence and at the end refused to take my daughters braces off. She also refused to provide me with her medical records. I nearly call the police on her. Seriously don't ever take your children here. They don't answer the phone and the staff really don't care for their patients. I'm following a malpractice complaint with The Board Of Dentistry

Brought my son in for a consult and I, his mom answered yes to being exposed to someone that had COVID 2 months ago. I emailed them my negative result but they insisted that my son take a COVID test in order to see the doctor. When asked how long is the waiting period to see the doctor after being exposed with a negative result they had none. This office is clearly clueless and doesn't follow any WHO or CDC guidelines, they make up their own rules and needs to be reported. A total waste of my time!

Unprofessional, lies about insurance time frame, never picks up the phone. Insurance takes from 3 days to 2wks maximum to send approval this place said it takes 2-3 months, in reality they are one taking their time to send it to the insurance. They play with people's time and health. Insurance had called them many times inquiring and they lied to the insurance as well. Worse place to deal with. Its been 8 weeks and they havent send the insurance documentation for approval.

Great ortho! So far everything has been going very well and I'm completely satisfied. It's been a year that I have braces on and I have no complaints. The amount of results that I saw in such short period of time made me think why I didn't come get braces a long time ago. The office is always clean and the wait times are no more than 20 minutes. Very fast and friendly environment. Le-Cadres is perfect for adults and children. I strongly recommend this place!!
