I decided not to continue treatment here due to relocating at the end of November & I let them know that I would need to schedule to have my braces taken off. I made that call around 1pm and the receptionist said she would get back to me & that she couldn't just put me on the schedule. She called me back 4 minutes before they closed and told me that it would take a few days to even see if she would be able to schedule me to have them removed..I literally drove to a different orthodontist that was still open and they removed them immediately. Not sure why it was such an issue for them to just give me a timeframe in which I could discontinue my services with them. As I told her on the phone I will have other appointments to knock out the ball park before I move. We are a military family so sometimes we get short notice's for relocating.. hate that no one seems to understand that or be considerate for time management. Makes no sense that it would take a couple days just to tell me a timeframe.

Lazzara is an amazing practice! They are always friendly, can get us in quickly, and the kids love the ortho bucks.

Dr Lazarra and his team of dedicated professionals have now helped three of my family members including myself. They go above and beyond in every way wether you need help or to reschedule an appointment or whatever. Not one time did they tell me I needed to floss more but only encouraged me through my Invisalign process. I would definitely recommend Dr Lazarra and will go back if we need any more work done.

Good, honest people. Had a quote discrepancy and they honored the original price. Very friendly and they don't waste your time by overbooking. Highly recommend.

Dr. Lazzara and team are outstanding! They were patient with me, as I tend to ask more questions. And I changed insurance and HSA account providers in between my older, and younger sons treatment plans, hence some confusion on my part, and more questions as we navigated it all. My boys both love going there and have never complained about their braces hurting:)

Absolutely phenomenal staff and people Im 15 and got my braces here at first my bracket broke off but a trainee did my braces but its fine my teeth moved perfectly and fast proud that this is my orthodontist
