I was born and raised in Catonsville Maryland. Graduated from high school with honors in 1967 and attended UMBC, graduating from the University of Maryland in 1971. I have been happily married for 47 years to my college sweat heart Jeanne. We have three children and six wonderful grandchildren.

I graduated dental school from Baltimore College of Dental Surgery in 1975 with honors. I served in the U.S Navy from 1971 to 1983. I opened the first dental practice in Laytonsville, Maryland in 1977. We practice general/ family dentistry and provide care in all areas of dentistry such as, cosmetic, endodontics, pediatric and oral surgery.

I am very involved in the greater Laytonsville community as a member of the Laytonsville Lions Club (past president) and the Montgomery Village Rotary (past president). I continue to be an active member of the academy of general dentistry and the American Dental Association. The consumers research council has recognized me as an American Top Dentist. I plan to continue practicing for many more years.
