This place is a joke. If you come here be ready to be over charged for everything. The staff is rude and unhelpful. They won't send the proper documentation to your insurance and then will expect you to pay extra for that. Do your self a favor and avoid this place. My wife unfortunately was a patient here and she'll never be back.

I've known Jeff (main dentist) for many years and unfortunately its because I suck at brushing my teeth haha. I haven't had a complaint here ever!! Even when I have had trouble paying they have put me on payment plans to help me out. These ladies and gentlemen are incredible and nice as well. If you're looking for a family dentist then these are your folks.

I've had lots of dentists in my life and lived in multiple state, none compare to the these folks here in Utah. Now in Florida, Dr Phol rocks it but thats not what who this review is for. I think I've been coming here for over 7 years and will probably continue until they retire or I die, which ever comes first.

This place is rude. My mom is full asian & went there for a root canal today. She waited a full week in pain for her appointment because they said she could keep her tooth if she did but she went in & they took it out anyway. While they were doing it the assistant mentioned she was pursuing a career in doing nails instead. After that her & the dentist started mocking asian accents since mostly asian ladies do nails as a jobs. they did all of this while working on her RIGHT ABOVE HER FACE. They did not have a conversation with her or welcome her. This is so unprofessional. She came home hurt & in tears over this. My dad is full white went there & did not go through any of this. He got a nice welcoming conversation & stuff. If i could give zero stars I would.

First visit with Jeff and his team, had a bunch of work done including 2 difficult extractions. I don't have insurance, so I was going to put the cost on my high interest credit card but Becky at the desk helped me apply for the Care credit for my $2800 bill which would have been much, much higher anywhere else, now its interest free for 12 months. Jeff was very informative with what was needed, another place wanted to pull ALL of my teeth and charge me 30k plus, but Jeff is truly an honest and caring man, he concluded he could save all but 2 and needed 1 crown and 1 implant and after I'm all healed up to do a deep cleaning which is thousands less than the 4 on 4. He earned my full trust and will recommend him to everyone who needs work done, truly dedicated to helping others, they even pushed their lunch back until they were finished with me. I cannot thank Jeff and his team enough for helping me, especially in a world that only sees dollar signs instead of doing what is right. So if you are looking for a dentist for life, this is the place.

I have severe anxiety going to the dentist. The staff and Dr. Neville did everything to make me feel comfortable. I was in and out in under two hours (tooth extraction.) All of my concerns about going to the dentist are all but gone. I would highly recommend this office to anyone! Thanks again!

Layton Hills has been a family favorite for years. They are taking great care to help save my teeth after some complications due to bone loss. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a dental car facility.

Dr. Neville is a GODSEND. I had been dealing with a severe tooth infection & toothache for almost a week and I finally decided I needed the tooth gone. I have horrible anxiety with dentist offices and he was so supportive. Anytime I started to feel panicky he would stop and let me gain my composure. I didn't even feel when he got the tooth out. I got a same day appointment and was in and out within 45 minutes. I 110% suggest coming here. This is the third time I've had work on this tooth in 3 years and this by far was my best experience.

The front staff was so friendly and accommodating! My 9 year old son needed some emergency dental care. They got us right in. The assistants were wonderful. Dr. Godfrey took the time to explain to me what the plan for treatment was. I'm very happy we chose this dental office!

I have had nothing but problems with their billing. They "accidentally" cancelled my payment plan and sent me a 900 bill because of it. Then sent me another bill for almost 500 dollars before contacting my insurance for the accurate balance. There's always confusion among the staff when I call and it's extremely stressful and unhelpful. I've cancelled my future appointments and advise others to do them same.

Dr Neville and his staff are outstanding. They make me feel very comfortable when I come in until I leave. They take care of all my dental needs. Also very reasonable cost. I highly recommend them.
