I was late for my appointment because my watch had quit working. I tried to explain to the women behind the counter. They were so hateful to me. It was as if I committed a crime. Yet they never apologized for their behavior. Would not recommend!!!!!!!!! (10/21/22) I returned for my next appointment and found the person up front to be very rude to me. As for the people up front things haven't changed. Dr Carbone and his staff in the back are excellent and I recieved very good care. If you can get passed the ones up front this is the place to be.

My experience today aug 9 2022. Was the most non painful funniest time I've had n our talk of serial killers. What makes em tick. I loved it. N the crew n doctor was great friendly. Clean n very professional. Thank u all. Ms Belinda roberts

The entire staff is what I believe customer service is all about! From the 1st day they made me feel as if I was the only one in the room, never pushing me but giving me the facts & laid out different solutions. Thank you to everyone who works there for going on this life changing experience with me! I'd highly recommend Dr. Carbone for all your dental care.

The dentist is a true professional. Makes sure you are comfortable and keeps a fluent conversation with you while doing premium work on your teeth. I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants great work done and also if you're nervous about the dentist this is the perfect place to go too feel comfortable.
