For the last 40 years, we have upheld our definition of Community by EMBRACING diversity and acting RESPONSIBLY for all of our patients, associates, and communities. Collecting supplies for school children, hosting an annual holiday toy drive for underprivileged families, and volunteering at nursing homes by playing games and providing treats to the elderly is only a part of MCRs core culture. Sponsoring sports teams and civic clubs, and even completing a home makeover for a citizen in need expresses our passion for giving back to the community. In addition to providing quality health care, we are out in our community assisting those in need.

Worst children's clinic. If your child is sick; do yourself a favor and take them somewhere else. I am currently writing this review in the waiting room, where I've been waiting for 3 hours for my child to see a doctor. I would understand if the waiting room was full but there were only 4 kids in the waiting area since we got here. Staff is friendly but this is just inexcusable. Hope this helps

TERRIBLE never liked LAWTON CHILES office and only came because my go to office was booked for the day. They made me wait for an hour with my 2 year old in my car in the hot sun where there is no shade, and to top off my car's AC stopped cooling well. Front desk said its not their problem or fault that we wait outside in the heat inside my car in an unshaded area. How is that safe? My child can get a heat stroke. Also 2 year olds can't handle being in their car seat for that long. I've never been to a clinic that leaves you waiting in your car for treatment in your car. My child didn't even come for covid testing. Also, I wasn't the only one waiting, there was 2 other cars out there with little ones waiting in their car in this hot sun. I mentioned my complaints to the phone representative and the ladies who answered my calls and they did not care about my complaint or dissatisfaction.

Front desk people are very unpleasant, but the doctors , nurses are excellent, wanted to thank one of the best nurse tech AMOR , she is absolutely amazing she took care of my kid even tho she was off the clock , she took extra time to take care of her. Front desk did not wanna check us in telling us to go sarasota memorial because they are closing, they close at 8 we got there 6:45 pm but she absolutely has nothing to do with us , even checked my daughter temperature saying she don't have fever even tho she can see my daughter shivering and wrapped in heavy blanket Glad amor saw her on her way out . And took care of her, 102 something fever bad ear infection and throat infection that is why she's having a high fever. Hope front desk people don't do this to anyone ever again, she clearly wanted me to go home and saying my kid don't have fever.

Sometimes there is a bit of a wait, even if you have an appointment. However the staff is extremely friendly and their positive Attitudes make it worth the wait. Edit: from 4/5 stars to 5/5 stars. The owner taking the time out to respond to my review deserves 5 stars, thank you.

Dedicated nursing staff and Doctors who are always staying late to help families who's kids are sick after other offices are closed. There also reliable to not only do all they can there but also help you get appointments with specialists when needed.
