Dr.Lawson is awesome. I had been in pain for many days over a holiday weekend. When I called my general dentist after the holiday they were able to get me in 3 days later. When I visited my general dentist they still could not determine exactly which tooth was the problem and said that I needed a 3D X-ray. They did not have that capability. They gave me the names of other dentists and told me to call them. I called 3 of them and no one could get me in right away - they all said they could see me 3 to 4 days later. My wife went on-line and found Dr Lawson. He saw me the next day and using his state of the art equipment found the problem. Immediately after that he performed the root canal saving my tooth. I found that he really cares about his patients, has a fantastic ability to describe what he is doing while working on you and he uses state of the art equipment. I highly recommend Dr Lawson. If a tooth can be saved he can and will do it!

One of my crowned molars starting aching over the weekend and I knew I was headed towards a root canal. I called Dr. Lawson's office Monday morning and to my delight, he was able to fit me in for same day treatment. His skill set and expertise cannot be overstated. The procedure was painless and easy. The degree of precision Dr. Lawson was able to achieve with his state-of-the-art equipment reassured me that I made the right decision in seeking an endodontist for my root canal procedure. I also had ZERO pain or discomfort after the anesthesia wore off. This man is a godsend!

I can't say enough good things about the experience I had at Dr Lawsons office. I went in with a cracked tooth that ended up needing a root canal procedure to save the tooth. I have been told horror stories by friends who have had root canals done so I was prepared to deal with the worst but I quickly learned that I could not have been more wrong. Dr Lawson is a master of his craft he explained to me and everything that was causing my discomfort and then took me through step by step what he was going to do to save my tooth. This did a lot set my mind at ease then Dr Lawson made sure that I was totally numbed up and feeling no discomfort before he began. During the procedure he and his assistant continued to work and explain what what happening and what I should expect. The entire procedure was painless!! No discomfort at all. He then called in my needed proscriptions and got me an appointment with an incredible general dentist he highly approves right here in town who built and installed my crown the next week. In the world there are some people who are not just good at what they do they are in fact real masters of their craft and true artists Dr Lawson is one of those people. I give Dr Lawson my highest recommendation.

Yesterday was my second root canal with Dr. Lawson. He goes above and beyond. His attention to detail says a lot. I could not have been in better hands. Excellent job!! Bonus zero pain this morning!

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Dr. Lawson and his staff. I needed some emergency dental treatment and they got me in immediately and provided exceptional care. He was so kind and made me feel extremely comfortable and at ease during the entire procedure. 5 stars isn't enough!

I traveled over 70 miles each way from Myrtle Beach to get root canals and I would have traveled further to go to him.He is knowledgeable and treats you like family and all I say go to him with out question !!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Lawson helped me tremendously! I came to him in extreme pain after having 3 teeth prepped for crowns by my general dentist 5 days prior. He saw me the same day I called, took X-rays, And realized two of my teeth that were prepped for crowns were in dire need of a root canal not just crowns. He got me out of pain until he saw me 3 days later to perform the root canals. He had excellent bedside manner, made me extremely comfortable and talked me through the entire procedure as he was doing it. His assistant was also extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with me. I will not go to another endodontist for any more root canals. My treatment plan is extensive and I know I will need more root canals and Dr. Lawson will be the one to do them! He is fantastic!

Dr. Lawson is wonderful! I was very nervous about getting a root canal but he made the experience a breeze. I had no pain, it was a quick procedure, he has excellent chair side manner and his office is beautiful! Highly recommend!!

Dr. Lawson is wonderful! My family had a dental plan that was terrible. No in network dentist in the area. I was able to get a referral to an out of network "specialist" for a root canal that I had been putting off far too long. (Too many late study sessions with a bag of sour patch kids) Dr. Lawson was the only one in town with an opening that wasn't 2 months out. I was seen that week. Everything happens for a reason. He is knowledgeable and passionate about his work. He refused to let my extremely cavity riddled teeth beat him. I was told by another dentist they probably would need to come out. Thanks to his passion for teeth I still have the two I probably would have lost. GREAT endodontist with a sweet, personable staff!

My visit at Dr. Lawson's office was terrific! From the moment you walk into the office the ambiance makes you feel calm. This was my first time having a root canal, and I must say Dr. Matt instantly made me feel at ease. He was very thorough, and made sure to explain everything to me first, he and his staff made me feel very comfortable the whole time. I also have to note that he had a very "light" hand, for I felt little to no pain, and even after the numbness wore of,f I got by with just an extra strength Tylenol. I recommend him to everyone with a 2 thumbs up!!! Needless to say I will be using him for all my further endodontic needs!!!! Hi again!!! Well as fate would have it, I required a second root canal, and I went back to Dr. Matt. It was another wonderful experience. His thoroughness always astounds me! As always it was spotless, his staff still so lovely, and full of nice art, a soothing environment. Dr. Matt also has state of the art equipment. Without a doubt a keeper, will definitely . be back if needed!!!

I had appointment with dr. Lawson about root canol therapy and what I could do to fix my tooth and he basically said nothing the whole time and charged me 250 dollars for a 30 minute session telling me I should just take out my tooth. I got a second opinion turns out it doesn't need to be taken out. I wouldn't waste my money with someone who just wants the money . DONT WASTE YOUR TIME PEOPLE

Dr. Lawson was so great! He squeezed me in for a root canal because I was in pain and he stayed after hours to make sure it was done! He is very meticulous about his work and his bedside manner is awesome and his assistant was so nice as well. He really helped me out and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone!

Dr. Lawson was very attentive & caring. Explained everything. Very honest with information before starting my root canal. Dr Lawson has a great sense of humor, very positive and caring. Dr. Lawson is the best Endodontist I've been to and I've had 6 root canals by other doctors and I can say Dr. Lawson is the best of the best...no pain at all during or after the numbness wore off and zero pain the next morning. I feel great and so thankful for Dr. Lawson and his great staff... I highly recommend Dr. Lawson.

Any dental work needed by an Endodontist will be done by Dr. Lawson and his staff. From entering the office to end of procedure this is hands down the best experience I have ever had involving dental care. Professional, knowledgeable, caring and informative. His inventive techniques resulted in a pain free experience. This is where you want to go.

I would drive 10,000 miles and take a plane to see this doctor again. When you first enter Dr. Mats office you are greeted by doctors asst. Ms. Lyndsey and she welcomes you by name. The office is so clean and inviting. Dr. Mat immediately shows you he knows his stuff explaining the true grit of every possibility of what's gonna happen and makes you feel safe. He is very honest and straight up. The needle - Dr. Mat has a magic touch and you only feel a pinch no pain! Next Dr. explains every step as he proceeds along with what it will sound like and and feel like I wish he could be my doctor for everything! I wish I could give 20 stars this man walks on water God Bless Dr. Matthew!

I worked for dentists for 15 years. This man is amazing he constantly stops to see how you are doing, talks to you and not just the assistant. As nice as the assistant and the doctor are..He saved my tooth!!! Thank you so much I would definitely recommend.

Had another appointment with Dr Lawson Sept 9th, unfortunately I had a problem with another tooth, but he came to my rescue. With his professionalism, knowledge and gentleness, he got me out of pain and feeling comfortable. If you are in need of endodontic treatment, don't hesitate seeing Dr Lawson. I"m in the dental field and know excellent dentistry, that is what you'll receive here. I cannot thank he and his staff for making another visit so great. Thanks. (2020) Cannot even explain the awesome experience! Dr. Lawson is gentle, professional and extremely knowledgeable in his field. Don't listen to all the horror stories of root canals, they're not accurate. If you need a root canal, don't hesitate seeing Dr. Lawson. It will be a very positive experience.

Dr Lawson is not only a true profession but also a very personable man. His "bedside manners" allows you to feel very comfortable and at ease during procedures that are usually very stress-full. He always informs you what is going on while working on your tooth issues and what to expect not only during your time in the office but also during after care. His office is modern and portrays a relaxing atmosphere. His staff is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Dr. Lawson at Brunswick Endodontics
