They changed management sometime in late 2021/early 2022 and now are a different business than before. However, I wouldn't recommend coming here. When I tried to make my first appt, I was told they would check my insurance and get back to me about whether they accept it. They are listed on Dental Dental's website, so this was weird, but I understand. Unfortunately, they never followed up with me. They also told me I would receive a text to fill out some paperwork before my appt to save time, and I never did. When I arrived for my appointment to get my teeth cleaned, I was taken for a gamut of tests that ran $655 (!!). Luckily my insurance covered that but it seemed much more than I had ever gotten in the past. They told me I would have to pay a copay but backed off after I said my previous dentist didn't charge me anything. Then when the doctor came in, he didn't introduce himself and started looking at my x-rays and scans and writing up a treatment plan without explaining anything to me. I had to ask him to walk me through it. The cleaning itself seemed fine. Part of that plan was me asking about wisdom teeth removal. He told me it could be done in house with local anesthesia. About 1.5 months later, I booked another appt. They confirmed my appointment and even called me to confirm it the day before, all seemed good. However, they called me again ~30-45min before my appointment on the day of, telling me they don't do wisdom teeth removal and would have to give me a referral to get it done elsewhere. Why did they wait so long to cancel my appointment when I could have been told this at my previous appointment? Poor service. As a side note, they say they offer text messaging to make appointments but they do not. I tried texting, they called me - I did not want to call, that was the whole point! And then two days later they texted me back asking me to call them. It seems they do not have a way to keep track of communications with patients.

Excellent service from start to finish! Everyone in the office was very professional answered all my questions and did an amazing job on my teeth!!!

Won't recommend coming here they always canceling appointments or change the appointment last minute. I don't know if it causes covid 19 but there is something they never forget and it's charging you money while they haven't done anything. Would recommend going somewhere else.

The best Office I been too Ms. Allison Was everything And more she and the doctor made me feel so comfortable and welcoming I love this office... Ms Allison is doing a great job I love her personality so bubbly great look for the office..keep up the good work ladies.

Don't waste your time coming here. You make an appointment weeks in advance and they don't bother to inform you that they going to cancel until you show up to there office.

Lawrenceville Dental Care is the best dental office in Gwinnett! Dr, Dabbas Zain and her staff are very nice and professional. They really made our appointment stress free, and pain free! Thank you all at Lawrenceville Dental Care you made mine and my family's experience a great one! and affordable!! It is a wonderful place!!!!!! The doctor is so amazing and the service is spectacular!!!!! She worked on my teeth so good!!!! Best experience ever!!!

Everyone was extremely informative and highly professional. I was welcomed by all the staff and Dr. Dabbas DDS was very patient with all of my questions. I was alerted to issues I didn't even know I had. So grateful to have found this office! The payment options makes taking better care of myself possible!

Quite frankly, one of the best dental offices I have visited. The entire staff was amazing, friendly, and caring. They took the time to sit and discuss everything with me, explaining in detail, as well as answer any questions I had about what was going on. I could not have asked for better experience. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a quality visit!
