Horrible experience. If I had the ability to give it 0 stars, I would. I had to schedule an appointment a few weeks out for insurance purposes, which is not that big of a deal. I hadn't heard anything or gotten any sort of appointment reminder, so I gave them a call to see if there was any paperwork I needed. When they answered, they seemed surprised and told me they were going to be out of town the week of my appointment. It made me think that they were not going to tell me that they were canceling my appointment. I rescheduled for a few days earlier, went to the office, nobody was there. I called, straight to voicemail. They were asking me to text pictures of my ID and insurance cards. Almost seems like a scam if you ask me. I have a wedding in a few days and now I'm not going to be able to get my teeth cleaned before the wedding. Well done. Maybe they're good at dentistry, but they have no business sense and I will not be going back.

Horrible. Not once, but failed to show up twice to an appointment. Most inept staff that confirms IN WRITING, promised to call you back when you're standing in front of their locked office doors, doesn't return your calls, and then has the temerity to insist you return for a visit. I plan on going out of my way to exercise every effort to spread the word about how poor an experience I've had with this so called "practice". Not only should these people be ashamed, they should consider abandoning their offices forever. The absolute worst in Boca

Dr Klien was excellent however he sold his business to Dr Jaime Marquez. A nightmare of an experience he did dental implants 4 and in the 3rd month they all cracked. He makes his own prosthetics don't know if your suppose to be certified to do it but he clearly by my teeth doesn't know what he is doing. Doesn't show up for appointments I went 2 weeks without 4 teeth when it cracked. He care about nothing except money that he asks for cash and puts it in his pocket. My mothers copay was $5 for a cleaning for years he charged her $10. She dosent go to him anymore

This was the worst experience ever at the dentist new in the area so my mistake didn't read reviews and I'm really good about reading reviews made an appointment to go for x-rays and a cleaning and exam when I get there the girl takes me in about 15 minutes away nobody in the waiting room at all and she does a whole set of x-rays than she looks in my teeth why I don't know she's not the dentist but OK and that has the dentist come in after taking more X-rays no I want you to know that I was just at a dentist not that long ago and the only thing I was told was I need a deep scale cleaning for gum disease which 80% of the people have he proceeded to tell me after he looked at my papers to see I was self-employed and no dental insurance at the moment since we relocated to another state and he figured he had A largefish on the hook He proceeded to tell me that the wisdom tooth that I have left was bad and had a huge hole in it and I should have root canal and for the tooth next to it is well actually he wanted to do for root canal's on teeth that were perfect with never in his shoe he also wanted to do some treatments he wanted to do all this kind of work over $10,000 I was laughing at him from the inside I knew I would never be back there when I told him I was going to go get a second opinion and that I knew there was nothing wrong with my teeth and he could see I had a bit of an attitude at that point because I didn't feel like being ripped off he then said will you have gum disease I can't clean your teeth I then left laughing all the way back to my car three days later I made an appointment had a very reputable dentist with a five star reputation when people come all over to see him from even different states I had a full set of x-rays done again and guess what I only had one tiny little cavity and all I needed was a deep scale cleaning which I already knew they even clean my teeth so nice they feel so good they couldn't believe what he told me they were shocked well I went back there to get my x-rays because I'm entitled to them and guess what they wouldn't even give them to me so I'm now going to contact the dental board I'm going to file a full complain going to let them know how I was being ripped off by him since I have proof of another dentist but none of the work he claims I needed was necessary believe me I believe that's 100% fraud And the girls in the office if they work for me and my company I would have fired them they are horrible so people please read the reviews these reviews on yelp there's reviews all over be very careful I've already contacted Groupon to let them know what he's done so that they can cancel him out of there I've already put reviews on Groupon is well and everywhere else read them read all the reviews don't make the same mistake stay away from the b and the girls in the office if they work for me and my company I would have fired them they are horrible so people please read the reviews there's reviews on yelp those reviews all over be very careful I've already contacted Groupon to let them know what he's done so that they can cancel him out of there I've already put reviews on Groupon as well and everywhere else read them read all the reviews don't make the same mistake stay away from the bad

Horrible experience! Waited over am hour for a simple teeth cleaning, then the hygienist would not clean my teeth due to some gum disease. 80% of patients have some gum disease!!!!. This was a time issue, and it was nearing 630 pm, and the hygienist wanted to go home. The doctor and hygienist did have enough time to try to book another appointment , and to refer me to a periodontist!!!! Stay Away! You will be waiting hours!!!!

I've been with Dr. Klein for many years and have always been very happy. he, and his staff are prompt, pleasant and extremely professional. Not only has he done regular dental work, but cosmetic work as well and I've been extremely pleased. I also get a great cleaning.

I have been a patient of Dr. Klein for more than 10 years. Each and every visit to his office I am welcomed by an excellent caring clean and on time office staff. I cannot say enough about the caring manner of Dr. Klein and his expertise in treating my teeth. I also want to mention Debbie his hygienist who takes excellent care in cleaning my teeth regularly. I have recommended many of my friends to Dr. Klein and they have also been very pleased with him. I hope to continue being a patient in this office for many years to come. Thank you, Helen
