Dr. Dransfield and his team at Red Hills Dental Associates are great. They always take good care of my teeth and are very friendly and professional. When I cracked two molars, Dr. Dransfield did an excellent job extracting them and recommended and worked closely with a great periodontist (Dr Colon at Periodontal Associates of North Florida) to get them replaced with implants. When Dr. Dransfield installed the new implants, he did an excellent job, and they are a perfect replacement for my original molars. What is it worth to me to have my teeth back again? It's priceless.

Larry Weaver has been my dentist for many years. I have always had a great experience in his office - great care and always professional and friendly. Clark, Lisa and the hygienists are all terrific!

I had an appointment scheduled. I called to re-schedule on a Friday and was told only one person-L. handled that type of re-scheduling. I called back on Monday to speak with L. and explained the situation. I was told there was nothing they could do about it and that L. was on the other line. I told her what I was told on Friday and requested to hold for L. I was then told it was a waste of time. I questioned the ability to get different answers from the same question. I guess questioning their scheduling policy is not allowed. A professional business should have one set of rules for scheduling. A professional business should have more than one person capable of handling customer issues. It was then reported that I was rude. I guess if my name was Mary Katherine or Jane, I would not have been called rude by Office Becky" for questioning the different answers I received.

Had a filling put in 2 years ago that fell out, apparently it was a temporary filling, I did not know that. After a long and painful weekend I called on Monday and went In. Dr. Weaver confirmed what it was, sent me home with pain pills and antibiotics. scheduled me for Thursday appointment for extraction. Thursday Morning. I wake up late and call the office to let them know I was running 10 to 15 mins behind that I had overslept because of the pain medicine. I was hit with nothing but horrible attitude and a cancelled appointment telling me he did not have time for being 15 mins late. I have been going here along with all of my family for well over 20 years. Lets just say sometimes getting horrible service can open your eyes to other great services in town. That is what happened in this case. After the Office Manager Clark got on the phone and claimed I was yelling at her which I was not. I was pleading to her that I was in pain and that I could not wait until next week over being 10 to 15 mins late. She hung up on me. I tried to call back and she would not get back on the phone. Luckily as motioned above I broke out ole trusty google and found a Blissful place that was more then accommodating to my pain and agreed to see me same day. Not only was the staff nicer and more accommodating, the office was much more tranquil, better feeling, and my bill was also lower by almost $200 from what was estimated at Red Hills. Anyways I am gonna say Thank You for Providing me Horrible 1 Star Service so That I was able to find a much more Blissful Dentist in Tallahassee...

This was hands-down my best dental experience ever! Every single person was so kind and very welcoming to the practice. I saw Dr. Weaver, who was very friendly, professional and super informative. Melissa did an amazing job at my teeth cleaning and never hurt me in the process. Samantha did my x-rays very well, was very accommodating and super kind. I usually dread going to the dentist, but I really enjoyed my time there! I am so happy to have become a patient here and look forward to many more amazing teeth cleanings!

I fist started with Dr. Boyd, after she left I trusted Dr. Dransfield. He has been great, very professional and knowledgeable of the dentist industry . The customer service is phenomenal, even checking in and out. The process is very smooth and my appointments has always been on time. The staff is very friendly and always smiling. Special thanks to Lisa and Clark, they have such great spirits and accommodate my appointment bookings.

The staff, including the front desk and hygienist who assisted Dr. Dransfield were all so friendly and on top of things. They have a warm and inviting office, which is such a nice change of pace for a dentists office. After my recent experience, I have told my whole family to use Dr. Dransfield next time they need a dentist.
