Had the second half of my gum surgery on July 12. Just like my first visit, Dr. Gelb and his staff were absolutely outstanding. They constantly made sure I was comfortable and pain-free, and Dr. Gelb clearly explained each step of the procedure as he went along. As before, I had NO discomfort whatsoever afterwards, and Dr. Gelb's post-op instructions were precise and easy to follow, and later that evening I got a personal phone call from him to find out how I was doing. Once again, it's too bad that we're only allowed five stars max in this review, because I'd give TEN stars (and both thumbs-up!) if I could. My sincere thanks to Dr. Gelb and his entire office staff for their caring, concern, and expertise. Best wishes!!

Having seen him once before, I trusted Dr. Gelb's knowledge and experience. What makes him a great doctor is that he is kind and patient, and allowed me time to ask questions. He spoke in plain language and explained things in a way that I understood. I was very worried before I saw him, and very relieved (with answers I trusted) after I saw him.

My experience was exceptional. I was very anxious but was calmed by Dr. Gelb and Pam with their quiet, friendly, and competent manor. The procedure was pain free and to my surprise, no discomfort after the procedure. This is the morning after and I am pain free. I am a health care provider and have very high standards, I recommend this practice without hesitation.

I visited the periodontist Dr. Lawrence Gelb yesterday morning and was most impressed by my consultation with him and the wholesome atmosphere at his office. To begin with, the clinic felt like an oasis. Everyone was very supportive and welcoming. Dr. Gelb is very personable and was immensely helpful with fielding all my questions and developing an action plan. He is very gentle and considerate, inspires a lot of confidence, and explains things extremely well. I am usually somewhat phobic about having dental procedures done, but in this instance all my apprehensions vanished and were replaced with a good feeling of confidence. I would recommend Dr. Gelb very strongly to anyone contemplating his services.

Dr. Gelb and his team do a marvelous job. They are professional, caring, honest, and show excellence in every detail. I had my first oral surgery there, and things happened exactly as explained by Dr. Gelb, who inspired trust from the beginning. Of course, you never plan to have such procedures in life (who likes surgeries, anyway?), but when you need them, Dr. Gelb and his team are there to accompany you and make the experience less frightening and stressful. They also deal beautifully with insurance coverage and scheduling appointments. I look forward to great results from the procedure, and highly recommend Dr. Gelb's office.

I have been going to Dr. Gelb for at least 15 years. He is the best In his field. Always professional and gentle. I will never go to anyone else. I highly recommend him. His staff is very friendly and professional as well. You will feel at ease from the moment you walk in.
