Just called to attempt to schedule a root canal. Like most patients, I am a bit confused on what it is I need to do in order to get the ball rolling. The individual I spoke to on the phone was less than excited about her job. She seemed to be speaking down to me. I've been in Healthcare for 16 years and would never speak to a patient like I hate my job and I'm irritated. You speak to people in a helpful and understanding way. If you can't do that, start your own business and ruin that one. Don't ruin somebody else's. You are the face of the business. Put a smile on your face and pretend to like people!

My 17y/o daughter had a root canal and was sent home without any pain medication, not even for a day or two. Not sure if you've ever had a root canal but, if you have you know how painful they can be. Zero stars if I could staff on phone was rude as can be, treated me like I was an idiot...so I was rude back. FIND ANOTHER PRACTICE IF YOU CAN!!! Update she had to go the the ER to get relief from her root canal pain. Shame on them!

Dr. Lawley is hurried, stressed and makes the patient feel as though he/she is on a factory line. His chair side manner is poor and his dental assistants are inept and unprofessional.

Quick, painless and professional. The staff was friendly and phenomenal. Dr. Lawley was great and did a great job on my root canals (yes, TWO.) I was always told root canals were Hell on Earth, but that wasn't the case here. My nerves were quickly subdued from the start with the help of the pleasant staff. I was further calmed by the personable dental assistants whom of which were GREAT patient advocates. And last, I was blown away by how quick the procedure went and how painless it was. I don't plan on getting any more root canals, but if I'm cursed with another, I'll gladly go back to Dr. Lawley.

Overall I can't complain always heard root canals were a nightmare, after a day I feel no pain, bit of a jagged edge left on my tooth but I am super thankful the doctor was able to save what he could! Never felt a thing the whole time. I'm left thankful of modern dentistry and thankful the good doctor did what he said he would with minimal discomfort.

I was in terrible pain and needed a Root canal. Dr Lawley got me in that day and was able to give me relief . The staff was excellent and I am thankful to have found them.

Dental associate was new, couldn't take an X-ray. She must have taken over a dozen pics just for one tooth and couldn't get it right. Also received radiation from the X-ray machine numerous times without the lead vest on, that was awesome considering I couldn't talk! Then, the Dr decided to screw around time wise and let the novocaine not work anymore. So I literary jump out of the chair while performing the root canal twice! Biggest waste of time and money. Also left a hole where he drilled out, just filled in the roots...class act all around. I even told him I wasn't returning and my reasons why. Run to another place to get a root canal!

I had a tooth that desperately needed a root canal if it was to be saved so I took a chance and came here since they came highly recommended and it was a great decision on my part. Dr. Lawley was very professional, personable and made sure to explain every question I had about the procedure all the way down to how many canals were present in the tooth that was being worked on, that coupled with the office staff that got me in earlier than my scheduled appointment and the assistants who made sure I was comfortable before, during and after the procedure made the experience as seamless as possible. Worth every minute and penny I spent, thank you all so much!

Had my first root canal done and they were super friendly and comforting during the procedure. It was relatively painless, but they made sure I was comfortable. Overall went really well and just a little sore after. Dr Lawley and his assistants were super great. Highly recommend them.

worst dental office. have no bedside manners, never checked on the patient during the procedure, and were very unfriendly. will not be returning.
