She believes a healthy smile is paramount for not only aesthetics but also for the overall health of her patients. She enjoys general dentistry with special interest in comprehensive cosmetic/rehabilitation cases with integration of dental implants. She enjoys volunteering at Health Fairs and Remote Area Medical (RAM) clinics.
Dr. Muriel uses her keen sense of observation and gentle touch to promote a comfortable atmosphere for treatment. Her pursuit of excellence is easily recognized as her patients are treated with the utmost integrity and compassion.
Dr. Muriel and Dr. Kevin have been married since 2008. They were excited to have baby Olivia join the family in February 2011 and baby William in December 2013. She enjoys being active, cheering on the Vols with her husband, tennis, snow skiing, as well as being available for any family event!
Dr. Kevin Lawwas raised right here in Knoxville, Tennessee. After graduating from West High School, Dr. Law attended Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama for undergraduate studies. In 2008, He graduated from University of Tennessee College of Dentistry. The following year he participated in a General Practice Residency at the VA hospital in Memphis, Tennessee. This advanced training sharpened his skills in general dentistry while gaining exposure to treating medically compromised patients.
Dr. Kevin enjoys staying up to date with all facets of dentistry. He is fully committed to his patients and a lifetime of education in the field. This commitment ensures he will be providing patients with highest level of care. Dr. Law believes in treating every patient as if a family member. He brings a gentle and honest approach to each patient encounter. He is fully committed to placing patients first and trying to help patients reach their goals while never compromising oral health.
When not practicing dentistry, Dr Kevin enjoys following (daily) the University of Tennessee Athletics. You may see him running at a local park or at the gym as exercise is one of his biggest hobbies. As often as possible he sneaks outside to fish or hunt depending on what is in season. He enjoys his friends, but undoubtedly his most treasured moments are those spent with family. Dr. Kevin and Dr. Muriel are blessed to have their first baby, Olivia, in February 2011.
I graduated from Tennessee Technology Center in 2007 with a certification in Dental Assisting and received a state license as a Registered Dental Assistant. I have been working as an administrative and clinical assistant since 2007, and began working with Dr. Law in 2011. Since that time, I have developed a strong respect for her passion to help others through her love of dentistry. It has been a joy for to see Law Family Dentistry grow. I feel blessed to be a part of Law Family Dentistry.
I graduated dental assisting school in November 2013 and started with Law Family Dentistry in September 2014. This is where I have been able to learn and grow so much as an assistant. In November 2015, I was given the opportunity to live and work in Nashville, TN. I was able to gain experience in Endodontics and loved my time there. In July 2016, I was very blessed to have the chance to come back to Law Family Dentistry. I truly believe this is where God wants me to be. We have such a great staff and both doctors are wonderful. I truly enjoy seeing the passion both Dr.s Kevin and Muriel have for dentistry and the dedication to help every patient like they are family.
I have been practicing as a Registered Dental Assistant since 1992. I have enjoyed seeing the way dentistry has advanced over the years and I continue to learn new technology. I have seen Dr. Kevins passion for dentistry while working with him in the past. I am blessed to join him and his wife at Law Family Dentistry and look forward to growing with the practice. Apart from dentistry, I enjoy spending time with my husband, family and friends.
I grew up in Middle Tennessee, and I graduated from Tennessee State University in 2014 with my dental hygiene degree. A few years ago, I fell in love with Knoxville and made it my home! I love hiking in the mountains and working out at my gym!
In January 2018, I was blessed to find Law Family Dentistry and now my co-workers are my best friends! Dr. Muriel and Dr. Kevin are always showing us the kindness and respect of true leaders. As a whole, our practice focuses on gentle, meticulous care as well as treating all of our patients like family. I love being a part of this awesome team!
I am a Registered Dental Hygienist and licensed in Florida and Tennessee. I graduated from Pensacola State College in 1998 and I have spent most of my life and career in the Florida Gulf Coast. My husband and I moved to Knoxville with our youngest son in 2014 after our older children were both in college. We enjoy hiking, paddle boarding, snowboarding the list goes on. Im quite the foodie and love gardening as well. Most importantly, I love my profession and I love serving my patients. My life has been blessed immensely having found Drs. Muriel and Kevin Law. I hope that our team can bless and serve you well.
I was born and raised in the Detroit area where I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of Michigan in 2002. In 2010, my husband, Joseph and I moved to Maryville. I have been proud to call East Tennessee my home ever since. Joseph and I have two amazing children. In our spare time, we often explore the mountains as a family. I also spend my time crocheting, reading and just enjoying my family. I am beyond blessed to be a part of the talented team here at Law Family Dentistry. We strive to provide the best dental care and most positive dental experience possible. I cant wait to meet all of you!
