Was born and raised in San Jose, California. She attended the University of California, Berkeley and the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Phoenix keeps current with technology by attending a broad range of continuing education.

Dr Phoenix was amazing! She was able to see me on a Saturday afternoon with no issues. Very friendly and pleasant to speak with. Highly recommend her to people with dental issues that need attention!!!

I would say if you need a dentist come see Lavender Rose Dental. I came for a cleaning and x-rays. She is great with kids, I brought my 4 and 5 year old grandkids for first check ups for school. The kids loved her and she got hugs from them. Give her a call...

Dr. Shima Phoenix was absolutely fantastic! She was able get me in REALLY quickly for a Root Canal & a Crown placement & I was and am a brand new client! I cracked half of my left front tooth when I face planted on my CONCRETE front porch! Needless to say with my wedding only a month away, I was absolutely devastated and panicked wondering if I was going to have to hide my smile at my wedding but Dr. Phoenix made sure I didn't have to worry about anything! She called me right back & got me in within 24 hours and had my Root Canal & a temporary Crown done while consistently making sure I had enough pain control during the process (which is really hard for someone like me--I have a medical condition which makes pain control more difficult). She kept myouth and affected tooth very clean during the process and took consistently x-rays to ensure everything was completed thoroughly to prevent infection. She ordered my perminant Crown right away and I was able to get my perminant crown placed within only a few days! She did the color matching so well, it didn't even need to be adjusted! It feels wonderful & looks like my real tooth & I am so thankful I came to her and thst she took my case so seriously and expidicioysly! She's even getting me in for a dental checkup cleaning and whitening in time for my wedding. She is very kind, knowledgeable, and efficient and an artist at what she does! I'm so thankful I met her and she will continue to be my dentist! She even knew who I was every time that I called. I felt extremely valued.

My Fiance was having severe tooth pain and Dr. Phoenix was able to get him in the same day! She responded to my email quickly, everything was quick and painless for him as well. It was reasonably priced even without dental insurance. 10/10 would recommend her!!

Dr. Phoenix was able to get me in for an appointment within 45 minutes of me calling on a Saturday afternoon. I was having some gum pain and she immediately knew the issue, what my options were, and was great in fixing the issue. I will be returning in the future.

Dr. Phoenix stayed after hours to accommodate me the same day I called. You won't find many with that work ethic or dedication to patients. She was able to schedule my root canal for two days later and anyone that's ever needed one knows how much that means. She was also able to work out a preliminary dental care plan for my other dental needs and I feel very comfortable and confident moving forward.

I had an emergency after work and needed 2 teeth extracted after most dentists were closed. Dr. Phoenix was able to get me in immediately and give me relief. Good pricing and incredible service. I'll definitely be coming here as my regular dentist!

This was a hands down great experience all the way around. I needed a tooth extraction done and Dr Phoenix had the job completed in under 3 hours from the time I called her and let her know of my dilemma. Highly recommend going here for any of your dental needs!

I would highly recommend Lavendar Rose Dental. I was in so much pain Dr. Phoenix took me in bright and early as it was an emergency. She got me out of misery. Very nice, friendly, and price reasonable!

As a new patient I got an appointment in a reasonable amount of time. My dental need was immediately taken care of, and future visits have been scheduled. I wouldn't return if I did not trust the dentist and like the service. 5 Stars speak loudly.

Dr. Phoenix was able to get me in right away when I called the first time with a broken tooth. I ended up having a root canal done which went very smoothly. She is very accommodating and caring. Would definitely recommend her.
