Cannot recommend Laurel Pines and Dr. Samad highly enough. I came in on a Sunday with a dental emergency (an implant I had gotten from another surgeon had been placed incorrectly, and was being rejected from my body thus causing an immense amount of pain) and I was seen immediately. Dr. Samad and his colleagues not only diagnosed the issue right away, but they also saw to it that I was seen for a corrective surgery within the same week.

First off, I never give anyone 5 stars, however, on a day like today I am. I was not paid to write this nor do I work for the company. I am usually the skeptic when it comes to those things so I want to make it known. I am a customer in need of some major help for my other half. This company is very professional, courteous, clean and respectful. I really appreciate Tammy and staff (forgot the young lady's name at the front desk along with Tammy).

Came in for an emergency root canal on a Saturday afternoon . Dr. Samad and all the staff were amazing. They were very supportive, willing to answer all questions and I could tell they genuinely wanted to help me get better. I highly recommend and they truly deserve 5 stars because 5 star service is what I received.

Dr. Samad and his team we're absolutely amazing. I was nervous about my procedure and didn't know what to expect. They made me so comfortable while I was there. Today is my first day in a long time with no pain! I am very thankful and grateful for they work they've done.

I have lived my entire life in Maryland and love all 4 seasons of it. After high school I knew I wanted to be a dental assistant. Therefore, I attended Medix School for Assistants and have been in the dental field since. I have been in the dental field for over 30 years and 26 of those years have been with Laurel Pines Dental Group. Once you come in and see us you will see what the atmosphere is like and how close knit we are. That is why once we start working here, we all stay for the long haul. I started as a dental assistant and worked my way up to becoming the Office Account Manager. It gives me great satisfaction every day to work alongside of people I consider family, and working with patients to make sure they are getting the most out of their insurance carriers for the proper dental care that they deserve. Aside from work, I love spending time with my children, grandchildren, mother, stepfather and most of all, going on cruises with my husband! Looking forward to seeing your beautiful smiles here and Laurel Pines Dental Group soon.

Born in Pennsylvania but raised in Maryland, I am a Maryland girl at heart. I graduated from Laurel High School, became a certified dental assistant, and never turned back. The dental field is my life away from home where I am the mother of two beautiful girls, Lacey and Dakota, and the wife of Charles. I have been with Laurel Pines Dental Group for over 23 years and consider everyone there my family since all of us have worked together for so long. I have worked my way up the ladder to becoming office manager. They call me the Jack of all trades since I work the front desk, assist when Im needed, take care of patients and staff needs, AMONG OTHER THINGS HAHA!!! Aside from work, I love spending time with my wonderful husband, daughters, grandchildren, and my dogs, not to mention being on the water; boating and jet skiing. If you ever need anything or have any questions, Im the one to come to. Hope to see those brilliant smiles at Laurel Pines Dental Group soon!

I have been with Laurel Pines Dental Group for over 10 wonderful years even though Im considered to be the baby of the group. The reason I have decided to stay with this company so long and plan to remain here indefinitely, is due to the satisfaction with my career. I love the relationships that I have developed with my co-workers (AKA Family) and my patients over the years. I truly believe we have the best patients in Laurel and I try to develop a connection with each and every one of them. In my spare time I enjoy hanging out with my family at home including my wonderful husband, our 2 boys (ages 9 and 15), and our 2 dogs . Guess what!!! We are expecting a 3rd in November and we couldnt be happier. In addition, I love watching my kids playing sports, reading books, and in the summer time, laying by the pool. When you walk in the office, expect me to be the first face you meet with a big smile and cheerful attitude; I just cant help it! Come to Laurel Pines Dental Group; you will be happy that you did!

I would skip going to this dental office. Here's why. 1. There prices are extremely high specially for the material they use for a crown And the root canal. 2. After visiting this office twice within 24hrs I get a call a week later, asking me to come back in for another x ray. Additional X-ray is needed for the insurance company. If I do not come back I will be charge the full balance owed. If you did your job correctly there would be no need for me to return. About 8 X-rays were taking including the panoramic X-ray. 3. For me to have two dental insurance plans with %80 coverage by the insurance company, my bill shouldn't have been over $1,000! So again I wouldn't recommend this place. Check around before coming here. This was my only option that day and I regret it. Please excuse any typos

The biggest scam in dental history. They charge triple more than any dentist around. They throw u this high price but then have a cheaper option that's still triple their competitors. If you find this to be am honest practice ur insane.

Everyone at the office was very kind and professional. I felt very comfortable even though I was self-conscious about my dental issues. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.

After being in pain for some months and not having any insurance, I went to several dental offices in search of great doctors, staff and pricing. I finally came across Laurel Pines Dental Group via google, called and spoke to Tammy and they got me in the next morning. Immediately walking into their office I felt so comfortable. Greeted and helped by the receptionist in the beautiful, clean, calm office with great music I might add. Met with Dr Samad and he was so knowledgeable, I knew I was in great hands right away. He looked at my X-rays and did some other things and we spoke for a while about what could be done. Tammy came back to speak with me and I was kinda terrified by what kind of pricing I was looking at but she was so sweet and broke everything down and even said that they were willing to work with me with a payment arrangement just so that I could get the work done and the pain gone That day. Their pricing was the lowest I came across in my search and was able to get my Root Canal done that day by Dr Hansen. Got sized and chose the color of my crowns which had to be made specifically for me and I returned the very next morning and got those put in. Quick and easy! So happy to be pain Free and still have my beautiful smileNeedless to say my entire experience was really wonderful and I am so grateful to the Doctors and staff. If you're in pain or just need to have routine dental work done with or without insurance Laurel Pines Dental Group is definitely the place you want to go to. Also, their office was so convenient and easy to find. Give them a call today! You won't regret it!

Utilized this dental office for Emergency service only. I had a temporary crown crack and fall off. I needed it replaced quickly because we were leaving for vacation the next day and my normal dentist was closed for the weekend. I called five places and this was the only one who could accommodate me on short notice. The staff was busy and direct but courteous and helpful. The technician gave me extra supplies and gave me detailed instructions on how to reattach the new temp crown if it fell off while I was traveling. A bit of a wait to get the final check from the dentist on call because another patient but again to be expected for emergency services. Overall if I had another weekend dental emergency I would utilize again.

I would not recommend this dental office to anyone. My first visit to Laurel Pines Dental Group was to get my wisdom tooth pulled. The Oral Surgeon was excellent. I went back for a follow-up treatment and that is when I had the misfortune to meet Dr. Samad. Dr. Samad tried to bill me to pull a tooth that was actually not a tooth, but a false tooth attached to a bridge. When I brought this to his attention, instead of admitting that he got it wrong, he made a scene and angrily stated to his staff not to charge for the extraction. This was after rudely asking me several times, "what do you want me to do? You don't want me to charge for that tooth?" Dr. Samad then stormed out of the room shoving the paper into the hands of a staff member. As I headed for the front door, Dr. Samad rudely asked, "so you don't want us to pull the tooth?" I replied, "No thank you." He responded, "thanks for wasting our time." I had just paid $750 in cash to have my wisdom tooth removed, and was about to pay $12,000 for additional dental work. Dr. Samad is extremely unprofessional and appears to be trying to charge for unnecessary work. I would not recommended this dental office to anyone.

First, let me say that Laurel Pines Dentist has SAVED me for emergency dental work and I was very pleased with the service. However, I recommend getting a second opinion for extensive dental work that is not urgent if you're on a budget. I recently went in for a procedure and while I could've payed the estimate they provided me, I felt it was a bit high because I have a very high federal dental plan. I was quoted nearly $5000 out of pocket for a tooth extraction and bridge. The payment breakdown was presented to me in a way to make me feel like they were trying to give me the best deal. I was quoted nearly $2500 for a highly recommended bone graft as part of the procedure. I called my regular dentist (who I didn't call initially because Laurel Pines is more conventionally located) and the cap for their bone graft charge was FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS which they said is only highly recommended for a dental implant. At that point I told Laurel Pines nevermind. I went to my dentist yesterday to have the exact service I went to Laurel Pines for and my TOTAL COST out of pocket cost was $1480 (and they are a state of the art dental office). That's $1480 vs almost $5000. If I was basing things off of service only, I would give Laurel Pines 4.5 stars but because I feel like they may be a bit predatory, I'm giving 3.

I am a Nurse, I called this place to come in for emergency dental, talked to the unprofessional receptionist told her my situation she advised me to come in now so I live 45 min away I drive all the way there in traffic I get there about 5 people standing there watching me walk in, they all seemed to be in a hurry to go home and not care about patient care first. I talk to them them they tell me they can not take my insurance Blue cross Blueshield and gave me really high extraction prices which I've had before, she told me it's going to be about $1000 just got an extraction before a few months ago that cost me 300. This place is very unprofessional and very rude, it's customer patient service treat patients with respect help them out if they are trying to seek help give other resources if possible. I will be writing the CEO of this company of todays visit. Just rude. Just be kind and patient with others. Customer Service (1) cleanliness when walk in (5) communication skills (2).

I paid for all the work on my teeth and it's been a long time and they don't solve me they told me that yesterday they were going to arrive I had a wedding for today but the truth is that you were very bad for me I'm very frustrated the doctor told me that after the scan I was only going to wait 2 weeks and I've been almost 4, it's not fair that I pay everything and you guys turned out very bad almost 13,000 for the job im lost very important even. For today Saturday it's not fair that they told me I had to pay all at once to get the job done and I did it it's not fair a lot of time has passed and I still don't have my badge it's ugly to be like this

I was referred to them, unfortunately. My first day I got there at 8:30 am, I sat in the chair after the dentist saw me and he was in and out explained what he wanted to do. Letting me know I have to some serious issue on my right side. The procedure , and dental work was all expensive, trust me. The problem is that I did not get seen that day and sat in that same chair for 4 hours with only a rush job 3d impression done of my mouth. No communication, I needed to know something as I needed to let my work know if I need to come. Surgery passes and it was explained to me, give yourself time to heal and don't call about the partials. So I didn't for 2 weeks and I figured at my post-op check up I would ask. When the time comes, they took the sutures out of my mouth. I asked about the partials and no one seemed to know what I was talking about, no one had a clue. Again, no communication, this time between the shifts (crew) I was stayed calm but annoyed. I got a call a day later as if they found it, truly I believe now, that it was done when I asked about it. I go in to get fitted for the partials. This experience was not fun, from looking at the reviews before I truly understand why people say the doctors are rough. The top partial, didn't fit properly. It seemed forced in because it snapped and made crunching noises. A day later eventually began to dig into my gums, it was huge and didn't sit properly. My lower partial didn't even fit, I truly don't believe it belong to me. So another appointment, had to be scheduled for the lowers. Another week passes, still no communication. The pattern is there now, there is no follow up, no one checks so see if the client is ok or if there any additional needs for the client. But my good earned money has been spent and I feel cheated. At my next appointment, I'm angry and annoyed because the top, I cannot wear and the bottom is supposed to be fixed. I'm going in for another full 3d impression. Which now is not an experience I want anyone to go through. The doctor and nurse was yanking my mouth apart and that did not feel good. Then I get stabbed me in the tongue with something. Really!? So now it's been a week or 2, I called left my name they did not call back. So to be continued....

I have so many wonderful things to say from this wonderful place, but in summary...WOW. Everyone from the front desk, to the lovely assistants and doctors were wonderful! I had to go in for my root canal treatments 3 days in a row until my crowns could be put in. I have a huge fear of going to the dentist and they calmed my every nerves even during the root canal being peak fear for me. The patience and kind words to how easily accomodating they are and of course efficiency was top notch! I even scheduled my next cleaning in the next few weeks :) Thank you for everything Laurel Pines! 12/10 recommend!
