Dr. Michelle Stovall, pediatric dentist, enjoys helping families develop good dental habits early in life, positively shaping a child's dental experience. She sees that every child is unique and enjoys finding creative ways to reach each patient, caring for their dental needs with patience, understanding, and compassion.
Dr. Stovall began her extensive education at Virginia Commonwealth University, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Sociology, while taking pre-requisite courses for dental school. She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Howard University College of Dentistry.
Upon graduating, Dr. Stovall spent a year at the University of Columbia and a year at St. Barnabas Hospital in Bronx New York, respectively earning an Advanced Education in General Dentistry certificate and a General Practice Residency certificate. Desiring to provide dental care primarily for children, she returned to Howard University and earned a Pediatric Dental certificate.
Providing a comfortable, exciting, and warm atmosphere while ensuring efficient dental care is the top priority of Dr. Wilson-Banks. Hailing from the great state of South Carolina, this southern belle received her Bachelor of Science degree in Middle Grades Education from Paine College in Augusta, Georgia. After completing her undergraduate studies, she attended the College of Dentistry at Howard University where she earned her doctorate degree in Dental Surgery. After receiving her doctorate degree, Dr. Wilson-Banks completed a two-year pediatric residency at her alma mater. Love brought Dr. Wilson-Banks to the great state of Maryland after meeting and marrying Kenneth Banks. They have two children: Kensley Banks and Kenneth Banks, Jr. Dr. Wilson-Banks is a member of Delta Sigma Theta, Inc and the Order of the Eastern Stars. She is also a diplomate of the American Board of Pediatrics and maintains membership in the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and Maryland Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. In her spare time, Dr. Wilson-Banks enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, singing on her church choir and shopping.

Denisha received her dental assisting certification from Fortis in 2018 and joined Laurel Lakes Pediatric Dentistry in 2020. She is an excellent addition to our office, bringing to our team efficiency and passion, both professionally and personally. Denisha enjoys meeting new patients and helping them overcome their fears of the dentist, one smile at a time.
Chhean and her wonderful husband William have a 14-year-old son and a four-year-old Yorkie named Bailey. In her spare time, she enjoys outdoor hiking, photography, singing, cooking, and arts and crafts!
Originally from Puerto Rico, Milagros earned her dental assisting diploma from Ramirez College in San Juan in 1995. Joining our office in 2021, she is here to make our patients visit a pleasant one, in addition to providing education on the importance of good dental care.

Laurel Lakes Dentistry has very attentive and kind staff. The entire facility is clean with child friendly activities so at times it doesn't even feel like your waiting. As scary as going to the Dentist may be; Laurel Lakes Dentistry always provides us with an exceptional time and my son leaves with a top notch cleaning & a toy! They even have these cool toothbrushes you can purchase for $5. We enjoy the knowledge that his Dentist Dr. Wilson shares to maintain his healthy gums and teeth. I would definitely recommend this practice. Every part of the process was efficient, from scheduling to payment. The dentists here are great with little ones. They do an awesome job of explaining info to parents. It's a caring environment. I love it!

1st Review: My child is very young, Dr. Wilson-Banks was not only professional and very proficient in her Dentistry practice... she was also kind and relatable. The staff overall was also kind and helpful. This is a great place to take your child for pediatric dentistry needs. 2nd Review: Always professional and always personable. The office staff is very nice. The Dr we saw gave me good advice on how to stop the pacifier. She was also very nice. We had a great and easy visit for a 17 month old.

We love the sweet demeanor of Dr Stovall and the staff at Laurel Lakes Pediatric Dentistry! My kids love coming to the dentist - it's largely because the staff has made it such a wonderful experience for them.

I've been taking my son here since he was 1 years old and I can't rave on Dr. Stovall, Dr.Wilson, and their clinical team enough. The office is ran very efficiently and they go the extra mile to make sure that you know that you're a valued patient. I have never experienced long waiting times, the doctors always makes sure that my son learns to love working on his dental health, and the clinical support team ensures you get your next appointment scheduled and keeps you updated if anything changes. My son is now 3 and I will say that hands down this is our favorite doctor visit of them all. Thanks so much for all that you do!

Dr. A. Wilson is the absolute best dentist for my children. My 3 children who are now 18, 18, and 9 have been to 4 pediatric dentist and none compare to Dr. Wilson. They have been going to her for the last 4 years. She is patient, loving, and knowledgeable to say the least. It is nothing like having a pediatric doctor who understands how to treat children, how to respect children, and knows that children have emotions and feelings just as adults. If you are looking for an excellent pediatric dentist, look no further. Dr. A. Wilson is the absolute best. She really needs to do adult teeth!!!

Our dentist was very professional, gave lots of feed back and she had an amazing personality, she was also very patient with my son. Building the trust with patients takes time. My child had a fit because having work done on his teeth its new to him and he's not use to it, im hoping the more we go he will get used to it. I admired how our dentist handled the situation made him feel comfortable. The staff is amazing even the front desk very child friendly, kind caring and compassionate. The #1 thing I like about this office is everyone had a smile on their face, as if they were enjoying their jobs, which I love to see.
