Dr. Yang was fantastic. Can a root canal be painless? Yes it can with Dr. Yang. She was very professional and efficient.

Very nervous about going to the dentist, especially expecting it would lead to a root canal. Sure enough a root canal was determined by Dr Yang after possibly requiring an extraction ( which she doesn't do and I didn't want). The root canal was as painless as could be. Although I had to get an extra shot of Novacaine, for 2 hours of mostly drilling I felt nothing, painless. If I had headphones on I wouldn't have known I was in the dentist office getting a procedure that in the past has not been pleasant. Dr Yang is fantastic, not only performing a painless procedure but constantly making sure you ( the patient) is comfortable. I wouldn't go anywhere for this procedure other than Dr Yang.

I have been a resident in the mid-peninsula for over 40 years and have seen a variety of dentists and related specialties during that time. Absolutely NOONE is above Dr. Yang! I was referred to her by 2 different dentists: one general dentist and another who did implants over a period of about 2-3 years. In each case, I found Dr.Yang to be highly skilled, extremely knowledgeable, and honest who accurately diagnosed the problem and expertly guides you to make the right decision. On top of that her interpersonal skills put you at ease and gives you the feeling that you are being taken care of, NOT BEING TAKEN. Given her being a Harvard University trained dentist only confirms the highest standards of her practice. Her team is friendly and consistent with the culture and environment from the TOP TIER dental professional. I cannot recommend anyone more highly.

Dr. Yang and her staff is excellent. I'm so happy that Dr. Yang did my 1st ever root canal. The entire process was smooth and painless. I really recommend this place! It was truly a positive experience. Thank you again!

Dr. Yang and her staff put the patient first. The office is very accessible from 101 or the train and is nicely done with a modern, clean aesthetic. I went to Dr. Yang for a consultation, really a second opinion, she gave me all the information I needed to make a decision, and allowed me to make the call in a low pressure situation. In the end, I needed to go to a different specialty provider, but had I decided to get the endodontics work done, I would have zero reservations with using Dr. Yang for that work. I felt like her priority was ensuring my comfort level and delivering the right service to the individual, not just making money.

I can't recommend Laurel Endodontics highly enough. I saw Dr. Yang for a toothache that my dentist indicated would likely need a root canal. Dr. Yang confirmed that a root canal would be the best treatment in order to save the tooth. Dr. Yang and her staff made me feel comfortable and the procedure turned out to be painless which quite surprised me. I am glad that Dr. Yang is around when emergencies like this arise.

Complete compassion, care and professionalism... Why is there no "10 Stars" option on Google Reviews? Surely I'd click 10 stars if I could. I was referred to Laurel Endodontics, via my dentist, to go in for a Root Canal. Mind you, I've always maintained my teeth and it was just bad luck I had to do this procedure. Let me erase "bad luck"...meeting Dr. Jean Yang was pure "good luck"! Jean is extremely knowledgeable in her field of expertise. At no time did I ever question her abilities or recommendations. She exudes confidence coupled with humility. Jean performed a complex root canal on my upper right rear molar. I say complex as my tooth had not 2 roots but 3! She was able to perform the procedure in minimal time and did so in expert fashion. Ultimately, she eliminated my pain. You can't put a price on pain reduction. Pain eradication is priceless. I left her facility feeling better and hopeful for my future. Bad luck had 1 more plan for me...a cracked molar on my lower left side. Jean consulted me and offered me several options. It was clear that my crack was at the foundation of the root and I unfortunately would need to have the tooth extracted and an implant. Most would've just done another root canal, but I'm not like most...I want to live as pain free as possible. I opted for extraction and an implant. Jean referred me to another specialist and gave me superb advice. I left Jean's office having restored my faith in humanity. Jean is in a class above the rest. She is a joy to visit for any needed procedure. Her high intelligence is evident, her smile is contagious and her bedside manner should be awarded. (Did I mention she's beautiful on the outside just like the rest of her staff? A place like this can make a man's heart skip a beat or two.) I recommend Jean without the slightest reservation. I'd almost force a root canal just to see her and her staff more regularly! ;)

I had my first root canal performed Dr Yang and her staff. To be frank, I was quite nervous since this was my first time getting a root canal, and I had heard many horror stories about getting one. There was no pain or any issues with the process, and it felt like just getting a filling done on a tooth. She is extremely nice, communicates with you throughout the process, and put me at ease throughout the process. If you need the work done, she and her team are solid.

I had a discolored front tooth that was slowly becoming more noticeable over the years. Finally I decided to fix it but was nervous about the options. Dr. Yang took the time to explain to me that I could save my tooth and return it to its original white, matching my other teeth. She performed a root canal and internal bleaching after the initial consult. I couldn't be happier with the results! Now I have my beautiful smile back. I highly recommend her and her friendly staff. Thank you!!

I had a great experience at Laurel Endodontics. I was very nervous about getting a root canal, but Dr. Yang was very gentle and the staff made the experience as pleasant as possible. I was seated at my appointment time and the root canal took less than a hour! I was also surprised that I had no pain during or after the procedure. Thank you to Dr. Yang and her staff! Highly recommend this office!

If having a root canal can be a "good" experience, then the one I had yesterday would fit into that category. I love Dr. Yang. She is warm and gentle and always assessing for pain. I felt very comfortable in her care. She showed her competence with her use of a high power microscope and her explanation of my x-rays, afterwards. Her staff is very welcoming and kind, as well. I would highly recommend Dr. Yang to anyone!
