Dr. Randolph was raised in Ramsey, and is a graduate of Ramsey High School. She completed her undergraduate studies at Skidmore College, and was elected to the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. Afterwards, she attended the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. While attending Penn Dental, she completed an Oral Cancer Fellowship with the Pennsylvania Oral Cancer Society. Following her 1990 graduation from UPSDM, she completed a residency at Morristown Memorial Hospital in Morristown, NJ, before joining private practice.

Donna has been a dental hygienist since 1998. She has been with Dr. Randolph's office for the past eight years. Prior to working in our office, Donna worked in periodontal offices specializing in implants and periodontal surgery.
