I am delighted with my first-visit experience for evaluation and setting up a treatment plan. Everyone in this office is so warmly friendly that I felt at ease the whole time! I am not a person who ever want to go to a dental appointment, but the staff here completely eased my stress. The facility itself is attractive and comfortable, and their protocol for hygiene and infection prevention is excellent. I have a considerable amount of serious dental work to get, but I am totally comfortable with my choice of Laudenbach Periodontics as I go forward.

Great office energy They have all the cool gadgets to get you right They run through all of your options wirh you The billing department makes spending money less painful And most importantly they make the pain and anxiety of getting your teet lh worked on seemingly fade away. I came in after another dentist wasted my time and money when i cracked a crown before a wedding and they had me back to normal after 3 appointments 5 stars isnt enough but all that i was allowed to give them

This place is great! I always feel embarrassed about my teeth especially when I go to a new dentist. But they made me feel very comfortable. They are extremely polite and truly care about their patients!looking forward to working with them on getting all my teeth fixed and having a great smile

Appointment was on time. Exam was comprehensive. Cleaning was excellent. The periodontist exam was excellent. He noted a lesion on my tongue and thought it should be evaluated by an oral medicine specialist for biopsy. He is contacting my oncologist about it for a referral. I got samples upon leaving. Extremely satisfying experience!

I have previously had traumatic experiences with periodontal work. Dr. Jay and team were extremely patient with me and my never ending questions and they did a fantastic job making surgery a tolerable experiene

I had a wonderful patient experience with this office. First, Leta efficiently and promptly scheduled my appointment. I received text messages to confirm the appointment and another as a reminder, which were quite helpful. Upon arrival, Jessica warmly greeted me at the front of the office. My hygienist, Deb, performed a comprehensive hygiene treatment. She even took some measurements in my mouth, which was a nice surprise. Katie documented the measurements that Deb verbalized so it seemed like a very efficient process with great teamwork. Dr. Hsiao came in for a brief exam of my teeth. Since I have a lot of dentists in my family, I know how to take care of my teeth (or at least I pretend to do so!) so I think it made her exam easy. She explained her exam findings and then Deb finished with the hygiene treatment. Deb explained her findings from the treatment and provided clear recommendations for my follow up care. Overall, I felt like I was in good hands with superb service in this office.

I have been a patient at Laudenbach Periodontics for a few years. They treat their patients like family. The staff are gracious and friendly. I wish everyone could have a periodontist like Dr. Jay Laudenbach. He is the best!

First visit was AMAZING!! I was taken 3 min earlier than my scheduled consultation & xray appointment, which was nice. The staff greeted me smiles... my appointment was quick but thorough. That's a "win win" in my book!!!

The staff are friendly and conscientious. Procedures are swift and comfortable. Everyone is so nice to me and I can honestly say I look forward to going there as much as is possible for dental procedures, haha! They are also tremendously accommodating of my disability.

I just switched over to this dental practice maybe a year ago and so far I have been so impressed. Everyone who works here is incredibly professional, welcoming, and kind, and makes effort to make your visit a really positive and comfortable experience. Many of the employees even seem to remember my name and are very warm to me, as they seem to be to everyone. The dental hygienist I've had is also super gentle which is great, and gives really comfortable and painless cleanings.

Very friendly and attentive staff. I was recommended to Laudenbach Periodontics after breaking a tooth recently. They are all AMAZING - took me in for a last minute emergency and had me out the door within the hour. My treatment was throughly explained to me and everyone was extremely helpful, welcoming, and made me feel a lot better. Couldn't recommend enough!!
