I'm very conflicted about writing this review because at this moment I'm a bit upset. I've been going to this location when it was owned by Dr. Blasiole. I started going this practice when I was 3 years old in 1979. I've continued going to this location after Dr. Salancy took over and I was very pleased. As time went on prices went up, my insurance seemed to cover less and less and while getting cleanings it seemed as though I was constantly being sold something...teeth whitening, straightening systems and special x-rays...that of course are not covered by insurance. Twice in the past year we've missed appointments and did not give a 24 hour notice. When I have the opportunity to give a 24 hour notice I do my best to provide that but sometimes you just can not. Work, school or other things come up at the last minute and despite your best efforts you miss an appointment. Subsequently, we were charged $50 for each missed appointment even though we rescheduled both appointments. We received a statement for $100 and I ignored the charge because I refuse to pay this fee. My 13 year old daughter had an appointment today. I took her to the office and the door was locked. I tried calling the office but no one answered despite someone sitting at the desk. I then checked my voicemail from previous day from the office, I never checked it because I thought it was just an appointment reminder, they told me they were canceling my daughter's appointment until I pay the $100 missed appointment fees. If it was a $100 charge for services rendered the bill would have been paid. I can assure you this would have never been the case with Dr. Blasiole and it's sad that it's happening now. Now I'll search for a new dentist for my entire family. 42 years of going to the same place and I have to move on because they're refused services to my daughter over $100 in late appointment fees.

Jennifer who was the dental hygentist with blonde hair worked on my teeth was flirting way too much when cleaning my teeth. She is coded as a 10-96 in police code. I would not come back here again. God help her if she has any morals.

My husband was getting his cleaning done by a female hygentist apparently her name was Jen. He complained about her conversation being in an unprofessional manner. He was offended by this conversation when getting his teeth cleaned. We will not be coming back at this dentistry as we do not find it with a professional repore or services. Thank you.

Absolutely the best. Dr Ramsay is awesome. Will not go anywhere else. All staff are friendly and welcoming. They communicate everything they are going to do. Would give 100 stars to everyone of them.

My teeth feel great! The doctor was engaging, the hygienist was cool. She let my girlfriend and daughter sit in on my appointment. Bringing my kiddo back next week.

Jen is an amazing hygienist! She has known my family and I for years, and she is one of the kindest people on the planet! She is so educational and one of the most professional people around. I love coming to this practice and Dr. Salancy and the rest of the staff are fantastic as well.

My cleaning was good, the doc was really nice. My wife liked the lady who cleaned my teeth so much she switched dental offices. Thanks Jennifer my wife nags me to keep flossing. Great place to come we tell everyone we know.

Lauren and Jen rock! Lauren cleaned my teeth and Jen cleaned my fiance s. We couldn't have had a better experience. We have been coming for a few years, the staff just keeps getting better and better. Always love Dr.Salancy
