Dr. Clark graduated fromBrigham Young Universityand theUniversity of California at San Francisco Dental School. He served our country as a dentist in the US Air Force. He has had advanced training inLaser Assisted New Attachment Procedure(LANAP),Pinhole gum rejuvenation, theremoval of impacted wisdom teethand endodontic treatments.
Of course, he actively pursues better, more comfortable solutions to your needs through life-long continuing education. He speaks Spanish fluently and has been caring for the dental needs of Mid-valley residents since 1981. He has been a member of theAmerican Dental Association, theAcademy of General Dentistryand theOregon Dental Association.
Dr. Clark and his wife LaDawn have been married over 49 years; they enjoy 5 children, 3 in-laws and 11 grandchildren! They have enjoyed living in the Lebanon area and have contributed to the growth and support of the community. They both are active in community, church and humanitarian organizations.
I have lived in Lebanon, Oregon since the early 70s. After graduating from Lebanon Union High School, I went to LBCC where I became a Dental Assistant and have been working for Dr. Clark off and on since 1989.
My name is Alice and I have worked for Dr. Clark since 1987. Ihave met some truly wonderful people working here. I consider many of them myfriends. I have three amazing grandchildren and I spend as much time with them asI can. Not much time for hobbies, as grandchildren keep me extremelybusy. I am living the dream.
Hi, my name is Heather. I was born and raised here in theLebanon area. I have 3 sons and 2 grandchildren. I enjoy riding motorcycles, hiking, painting, taking care of my 3 large dogs, and spending timewith my loved ones.
I went to LBCC to obtain my Dental Assisting Certification, EFDA, and EFODA. I have been with Dr. Clark and the team for a few yearsnow. As a Clinic Coordinator, I have many tasks such as ensuring a smoothflow in the clinic, ordering supplies, and taking inventory as well as chairside assisting at times.
Its been such a pleasure working with fellow employees and an employer who values not only our patients but also values each other. I have three grown children who I love spending my time with. I enjoy fishing, rockhounding, kayaking, gardening, and most anything outdoors.
My name is Dunia and I have been a Registered Dental Assistant since 2017 when I graduated from Cuyahoga Valley Career Center in Ohio. I moved here to Oregon so that I could live with my boyfriend. I love to spend time outdoors and do woodburning art. My goal as a Dental assistant is to make patients feel comfortable and at ease when they come to the dentist.

My teeth were cleaned expertly & completely as were the complete Xrays followed by an exam by Dr Dennis himself and appropriate recommendations and referral for further treatment.

Very good experience. Dr was really trying to get to root of my issue in ways that others haven't. Thank you Dr Clark and staff!!! Hopefully it will work. Wiling to figure out insurance and last Dr info. Took time to communicate with me with my hearing issue. * But being a hard or hearing/one side hearing person the masks make it difficult to communicate. I read LIPS. This is a consistent problem in all medical offices , which apart from being hard on all, it could say alter care, by "hearing" one thing and acknowledging something else. . Frustrating.

Dr. Clark does a wonder job. He listens to what your symptoms are and gives you multiple options in how to go about fixing it. The office ladies are always very sweet and nice, willing to work with you if you're money is tight.

Just started my travels from Hawaii to Oregon and spent my first 3 days from dentist to dentist with a acute gum infection. I found Dr. Clark and he took me in immediately. He kindness, care and expertise along with his amazing and loving staff is beyond so very special. Dr. Clark will forever be my hero, the pain I was suffering was more then my words can express. In less the 24 hours, I was back to myself happy and smiling again. I will be forever grateful to all of them. Now I plan to return soon to Oregon so I can have Dr. Clark complete his Magical treatment with the rest of my gums and all of my dental needs. You can never travel to far to have the very best gum and dental care.

My experience here at laser dentistry was awesome front office was great. The assistant was terrific. And dr. Clark was awesome likes to joke around always trying to make you comfortable. Would reccomend Dr. Clark to anyone.
