Dr Neal Lehrman is the best! He fixed my bleeding gums, it's 1 month after the LANAP laser procedure and I can see my gums are not bleeding anymore and my pains are gone. The laser procedure itself was almost painless and quick with detailed explanation for every step and all my questions were answered. Also Dr Neal checked and fixed my bite, one of my teeth was getting all the hit and that was the root cause of bleeding, gum and bone loss. I also wait for my bone regrowth but I need to wait for 6-9 months to see recovery on X-Ray.

Dr. Lehrman helped my girlfriend out last week by fitting her in very last minute. He was THE ONLY and I mean THE ONLY person who would do a last minute laser treatment for her. Excellent customer service and very friendly and helpful. Thank you Dr Lehrman!

If you have a cold sore coming on or maybe even it's already in full force... go see Dr. Lehrman right now! The cold sore laser treatment truly works in a way no other treatment I've ever tried has. Usually my cold sores cause a lot of pain for like 4 days, then over a week of healing. The pain went away within the same day and the sore started healing that very day too. Four days since I felt it coming on (and got the treatment) and it's only a day or two away from being totally gone, scab and all. Dr Lehrman, thank you SO much for not only seeing me so last minute but also truly caring and helping me! Cold sores are truly awful but this gives me hope for my future outbreaks. So glad I found your website.

I had gum bleaching done with Dr. Lehrman & he was phenomenal! Not only is he good at what he does but he's charismatic which makes the treatment process a lot less intimidating. Quick, easy & painless. I've never recovered better :)

Dr. Neal and his team are amazing. Very professional, went out of his way to find me a local (to my town) endodontist that could see me for a root canal. I was in so much pain, gums swollen and bleeding, constant infections. Dr. Neal healed all of it. I had to do LANAP on all my mouth. He literally saved 4 teeth that were in track for extraction. I can't say how much I appreciate the care he has done. 9 months after the procedure, my gums are pink, healthy, and the condemned teeth are as firm as the rest. He ain't the cheapest, but I can't think of anyone better. So you get what you pay for. I would recommend Dr. Neal to anyone. And please, if any traditional periodontist says you have gum disease and need extractions or cut-the gum surgery, get a second opinion with Dr. Neal. He is the real deal!

In February 2020 I was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma. Part of my treatment plan was treatment with a biophosphate to strengthen bones. Unfortunately, as with 17% of that population, I found my self a year later with Osteonecrosis of the Jaw (ONJ). This was pretty frightening, in time, the bone on my inner right jaw was completely exposed and necrotic (dead). Most dentists are not familiar with it and go running. I saw one dental surgeon who proposed what's called a flap surgery. The necrotic bone is removed and replaced with bone from the leg. Another surgeon thought the bone could stay but wanted to pull skin from my inner cheek over to cover the exposed bone. Either way, I was going to end up with a deformed mouth, and as a professional singer it just felt wrong. I trusted my gut and started to do intense research. Eventually found Dr. Neal Lehrmann, the only doctor on the east coast who treats ONJ with lasers. I went for a consult and it almost sounded too good to be true. He would debris the necrotic bone and then use lasers to stimulate the tissue growth around the area. To be absolutely sure, I had him run the treatment plan by my MM Specialist who is the director of the entire MM department at Mount Sinai, and someone I highly respect. He agreed that this was the route to take. It's now 4 months since I began treatment. It's been fairly painless and the area is now covered in beautiful healthy skin! My MM Specialist has started to refer patients after seeing my results. Just a heads up, it's not cheap and Dr. Lehrmann does not accept insurance as payment. Having ONJ sucks, but knowing that I'm getting the best care possible makes it doable. If you have ONJ run to Dr. Lehrmann, there is no other choice to be made.

I had Lanap surgery done by Dr. Lehrman. Run from this place. First, he wanted to charge me 14k for the procedure. Like, who pays 14k for a Lanap when it is usually 7k-8k. But, he agreed to charge me 7k after I told him another doctor charges that. He then asked me to leave a good review on his website. Can you imagine? He asked me to review him before even doing the procedure. Long story short, I had to stop seeing him because he messed up my front teeth. First, I had really bad swelling in my four front teeth a few months after he did Lanap; then, he retreated those teeth. To cut the story short, I ended up having gum recession in the front. I am currently in the process of requesting a refund because of the horrible results I see from his work. Please, do yourself a favor and run from him.

Dr. Lehrman is one of those doctors that truly cares about helping people. I've reached out to him a few years ago needing to zap the ugly cold sore by my lip!! I haven't had another one surface since a week ago; and my husband got outbreaks too!--so I reached out to Dr. Lehrman on a sunday when his office was closed but he personally got back to me and made time for us the same day!! I am thrilled that I discovered Dr.Lehrman's practice which is on Madison Ave!! Very nice place too! And he is so caring and personable!!! Great doctor and great person indeed! I will go to him for whitening my teeth and if i ever need to fix any gum discoloration because he's found a method to restore gums to look pink and not dark if that happens... i highly recommend Dr. Lehrman!! Thank you Doc!

I absolutely love this office. Dr. Lehrman is the kindest doctor I have ever met. He is informative and helpful while being timely and effective. I hereditarily suffer from cold sores and have been looking for anything to help with them since I was little. If you suffer too- look no further here's a solution that ACTUALLY works. I can't thank everyone in this office enough they do incredible work.

Delacey and Dr Lehrman were not only incredibly delightful but were able to make time to be available for me ASAP and get my laser therapy done. Dr. Lehrman truly cares about his patients and was constantly available even after the laser was done. They deserve beyond 5 stars!!

It was a swift excellent experience. Dr. Lehrman answered the many questions I had and in less than two hours, my gums and the health of my mouth were relaunched for healing. Laser gum surgery is an extraordinary opportunity to regenerate gum tissues. Dr. Lherman and his very informed assistant Delacey make a perfect team. The amount of care and attention was the best - before, during and after. Do not hesite to try LANAP with them.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Dr. Neal is truly amazing. He is so kind and thought. He makes you feel very comfortable. The front desk assistant Delaci, is also amazing and answers any questions you have. I was nervous to get my gums done, but Dr. Neal is the best at what he does. My gums are beautiful!

My experience with Dr. Lehrman was fantastic from beginning to end. I reached out and inquired about his cold sore laser treatment and the response time was great. Dr. Lehrman reached out to me personally and was able to get me in the next morning for treatment. The staff was extremely friendly as was Dr. Lehrman himself and above all my cold sore was drastically improved overnight! Could not have asked for a better experience.
