Dr. Thuc Nguyen received his doctorate in dentistry from Laval University in Quebec in 1991. He owned and operated his own dental clinic in Ontario, Canada before moving to the United States with his wife. Upon arrival in U.S.A, Dr. Nguyen completed one year of general dental residency at St Clare's Hospital, Schenectady, New York. As Dr Nguyen's wife is a nephrologist from Sydney, Australia, he had the opportunity to work as a dentist in Sydney for one year before permanently settling in Atlanta.
Laser Dentistry was established in 2005. Dr. Nguyen is a progressive dentist who incorporates new dental technology to make his work more efficient and more comfortable for his patients. The introduction of the Power Lace Laser machine allows him to cut, incise and ablate hard and soft tissues with much greater precision and minimizes pain. The Cerec machine is a new computer aided-design (CAD), and computer aided manufacturing (CAM) technology to provide a range of dental restorations including: crown, veneers, inlays and onlays, fixed bridges and dental implant restorations. He also implement digital technology in his work. Digital X-rays to reduce radiation exposure, digital intra-oral camera for better documentation and patient education.
When he isnt in the office, Dr. Nguyen enjoys photography, building airplane and boat models, traveling, playing tennis, cycling, and ice skating and skiing. He is has been World Vision child sponsor since he was a dental student.
Dr. Frist was born and raised in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She received her dental degree from The University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine where she graduated with honors. Following graduation, Dr. Frist furthered her education by completing a General Practice Residency at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Washington D.C. During her residency Dr. Frist gained in depth experience doing complex restorative and cosmetic dentistry and found it to be a great honor and privilege to be able to serve American veterans. She has been in private practice since 2011.
Dr. Frist is also certified by the American Academy of Facial Esthetics in Botox therapy for the management of TMJ dysfunction and headaches, as well as for esthetic indications. She is also a member of the American Dental Society, Georgia Dental Association, and American Academy of Facial Esthetics.
When Dr. Frist is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband Michael and their two sons, Tyler and Shane. Dr. Frist was a collegiate athlete so in her spare time she enjoys sharing her love for running and playing sports with her kids. She loves to bake in her spare time as well.
Dr. Azadeh Paziraei grew up in Lawrenceville, GA and attended Georgia State University. After graduating from The Medical College of Georgia with a degree in Doctorate of Dental Medicine, Dr. Paziraei opted to further her training by completing a General Practice Residency. There she received advanced training in multidisciplinary comprehensive dental care. Dr. Paziraei is a strong advocate for continuing education and has made learning her lifelong mission. She wants to ensure that her patients receive the best and most up-to-date treatments available. She is committed to building a longterm relationship with her patients and help them maintain their dental health for life.
At Laser Dentistry P.C., every member of our staff is friendly, professional, and experienced. We are committed to providing each of our Atlanta patients with personalized care and exceptional service. We strive to maximize the one-on-one time with each patient and to completely answer any questions they have about their treatment. Our goal is to ensure a comfortable and relaxing experience for every patient.

Dr Nguyen has been my awesome dentist for many years with an awesome smile to prove it. After taking a bad fall that resulted in having my four upper front teeth knocked out, this kind man who had already gone home for the day insisted that I immediately come to his office with teeth in a jar of milk (hospital suggestion). After two hours of repairing the damage, I left there with a beautiful smile until my mouth could heal sufficiently to do the final repairs, root canals, etc. His kindness and great work is supported by his like-kind staff who go out of their way to help you in a time of stress. I STRONGLY recommend Dr. Nguyen for any dental procedures. You will not be disappointed.

I have been going to Laser Dentristy for years. The care I receive is exceptional, staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I'm most impressed by the updated technology used to diagnose your problem and that you can get a new crown within a couple of hours!! I highly recommend Laser Dentristy.

This is my favourite dentist ever and I usually hate clinic visits. Their dental hygenists, dentists and reception are so nice to work with. They really put their patients above everything else. One downside is they are so popular that it is getting more challenging to make appointments nowadays.

I am 62 years old and of course I have had many dentists over the years here in Atlanta. But, 2 years ago I found Laser Dentistry and become a patient. Dr. Nguyen and his staff of professionals are simply the best! In this office the patient, the dentist , and staff all work together for excellent dental health. September 2022...again to follow up on my above comment...I am now 66 years of age. This is still the best dentist and staff I have ever worked with...excellent! Joseph

I've been going to this dentist for years and he is amazing. It has become a very popular place to go and making appointments has gotten more and more challenging. I had an appointment yesterday and was in the back for an hour and 45 minutes for something that should have taken less than an hour but was left in the chair for 30-45 minutes at a time with no one checking on me and finally had to ask the hygienist in the room beside me when the dentist would be back.

OMG Doctor Thuc K. Nguyen, is AWESOME!!! and the STAFF is AMAZING!!! I highly recommend you go to this office because no pain, great experience and they make us feel like family. l have my whole family going there because they are so extraordinary and really do excellent dental care and listen to your concerns and explain everything you are having done and respect there patients.
