Today our daughter got her braces. She has been counting down the days and even had the colors for her bands already picked out. She was surprised how quickly and smoothly it all went. I was as well. They told us exactly what to expect for each step of the process. My daughter wasn't scared or nervous because they were kind and gentle during the whole thing. They made sure to explain what to do and what to expect for the next couple days. We left and although she wasn't quite as energetic, she was confident in her abilities to endure the upcoming discomforts and changes. Thanks to a compassionate and caring staff our daughter looks forward to her perfect smile!

The customer service was excellent the ortho did a very good job of removing the old glue so that I can get my new braces and the dentist assistant did a great job putting my braces on.Thank You Guys

Very friendly atmosphere. Love it already from my first visit. My son felt very comfortable there. Love how they have a reward system and games in the lobby.

I can't recommend Dr Simister enough, and Jackie who helped throughout the consult. I was referred to an orthodontist for bite restoration after a dentist (at True Dentistry) severely ruined my bite by grinding down three molars (creating a deep bite). Dr Simister explained the ortho solution could solve some of it, but that it is best I see a dentist for full bite restoration of the ground teeth. Both had excellent knowledge, experience, and bedside manner. They also LISTENED/believed me which other dentists/prothsodontists I've also seen to solve this didn't do and all said "you need ortho." Clearly I don't per an orthodontist, and Dr Simister referred me to a well qualified dentist to restore the teeth that were ground down to bits. If I ever need braces, I will 100% come back to Dr Simister.

this place has some REALLY nice staff and i love that you can get tokens for even just showing up (which you can get gift cards with tokens) also if you have insurance and you qualify the braces can be completely free!

Our daughter got braces here last month and everyone in the office is kind, warm, and professional. The orthodontist is very honest and thorough. He only does what is necessary. They allow easy financing so you can afford to do it!
