So far I am impressed.. Root canal and cap.. Painless and professionally done. Another dentist said the tooth could only be pulled.. But Waterloo dentistry took the time to give me an honest assessment and correct plan of action.. Dr. Lindsey and Bethany took great care of me... Explaining the process and answering any question I had...

I have horrible dental anxiety. Just for me to drive myself there is a big step. My dental hygienist, Jill, knows this and always has been careful and gentle with my exams. She always forewarns me if something is going to be different or may hurt. She talks to me the entire time to keep my mind focused in other things. I appreciate her and the staff at Waterloo!

It's a nice, quiet place to get cleanings done! Jill- I was told to specifically say Dental Hygienist- is wonderful! She always answers my questions when I have them and is always there to coach me on how to better take care of my oral hygiene.

Excellent care from Waterloo Family Dentistry! We had a dental emergency and Brittany was able to fit us into the schedule very quickly! My 7 year old was a bit nervous but Bethany and Dr. Daniher were very patient with him and talked him through the entire procedure. Everyone is so nice and treat you like family!

I had my 6 mos cleaning with Jill today. Jill is professional and friendly. She always makes sure I'm comfortable and addresses any concerns. She is always thorough and I leave feeling like I've had a good cleaning.

Excellent service! I have a fair amount of dental anxiety and have had terrible luck finding an office I am comfortable with. Jill and Brittany definitely helped ease anxiety I was having going into treatment, and Dr. Lindsey was wonderful to work with! Highly recommend!

Dr. Lindsey, Jill, Brittany as well as the others are amazing and so very helpful. I was treated with absolute decency through out all my procedures from cleanings to fillings, start to finish. Very thorough and gentle. Always a great experiece.

The staff is amazing! They definitely make you feel at home. Love seeing the teamwork they use. BethAnne was amazing and made the time there more comfortable even while working on my teeth I felt comfortable. Seriously a amazing team. 10/10 recommend.

My family has been going to this dentist office for a few years now and always have a great experience. Sarah did great with my four year old daughter today and Jill was always great as usual. I always look forward to talking to Brittney on the way out at the front desk or if I have to call in for payments or scheduling. All of the staff at WFD are very friendly and welcoming.

Absolutely amazing!!! I was so nervous and scared about going to the dentist! Jill was the best! She explained everything that she was doing and why! Between her, Bethany, Sarah and the doctor, I was completely comfortable! My next 4 appointments are booked!
