Dr. Larry Folden has been practicing dentistry in Jacksonville for more than three decades. Dr. Bradley Westbrook joined the practice in 2008 and in 2010, Drs. Folden and Westbrook became partners. Dr. Charlie Stocks became an associate to the practice in 2021 to better serve our patients. Not only that, but our doctors work with some of the most talented professionals in the area. Our team members love what they do, and it shows in how they care for their patients!

Dr. Folden was born and raised in Jacksonville and graduated from Jacksonville High School in 1976. He went on to graduate from Stephen F. Austin State University in 1979 and from Baylor College of Dentistry in 1983. Upon graduation from dental school, Dr. Folden completed a 1-year General Practice Residency at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Dallas, Texas.
Dr. Folden opened his private practice in July 1984 and has always sought to provide the highest level of dental care. He continues to take 50 100 hours of continuing education each year and he achieved his Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry in 2002. Dr. Folden is a member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, East Texas Dental Society, and Kois Center Mentor.
Terri Petri Folden is Dr. Foldens wife and they have one daughter, Lauren. The Foldens tragically lost their oldest daughter, Heather, in an automobile wreck in June 2002. They are active in the community and Dr. Folden is a Sunday School teacher and a deacon at Central Baptist Church. He has taken many leadership roles in civic groups and he served on the Board of Trustees of the Jacksonville Independent School District for nine years.
Dr. Bradley Westbrook was also born and raised in Jacksonville, son of Kent and Becky Westbrook. He is a 1999 graduate of Jacksonville High School and received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Baylor University in 2003. Dr. Westbrook graduated from the University of Texas Dental Branch in Houston in 2008.
In April 2008 Dr. Westbrook was inducted into the National Dental Honor Society, Omicron Kappa Upsilon, distinguishing the top six students in his graduating class. Soon after, he joined All Smiles to accommodate the rapid growth of clientele. He is an active member of the Texas Dental Association and East Texas Dental Society. Dr. Westbrook enjoys the challenge of dentistry and the opportunity to improve the oral health of his patients. He looks forward to meeting new clients and building lasting relationships.
Destiny Westbrook is the wife of Dr. Westbrook and they have four children, Breckin, Jett, Saige, and Cruz. Dr. Westbrook and his family are active members of First United Methodist Church in Jacksonville. When away from the office, Dr. Westbrook enjoys spending time with his wife and children, hunting, and playing golf.
Dr. Stocks was born and raised in Tyler and graduated from TK Gorman in 2004. He went on to follow in the footsteps of his father and many of his siblings to Texas A&M University. He graduated with his undergraduate degree in 2009. He completed his masters degree in Biomedical Sciences from UNT-HSC in 2016. He then went on to Texas A&M College of Dentistry and graduated in 2021 with cumulative honors.
Dr. Stocks joined the All Smiles team in June 2021. He is a member of the Texas Dental Association, American Dental Association, and the East Texas Dental Society. Dr. Stocks enjoys helping restore peoples smiles and confidence while educating on the importance of preventative care.
