Dr. Larry Murphy grew up in Mineral Wells, Texas. He graduated from the University of North Texas in 1978 and received his Doctorate in Dental Surgery from the University of Texas Dental Branch in Houston in 1982.

Dr. Murphy is a member of the American Dental Society, the Texas Dental Association, and the Fort Worth District Dental Society. He has served as past president of the Springtown Education Foundation, a board member of the Springtown Chamber of Commerce, and a charter member of the Springtown Optimist Club.

Dr. Murphy married his high school sweetheart, Elaine, in 1976. They have lived in Springtown since 1982 where Dr. Murphy started his dental practice. He attends First Baptist Church in Springtown and has taught ninth grade boys Sunday School for 25 years. Larry and Elaine have three children: Laura (who is married to Joe Deane and has two children - Lola and Grayson), Brittany (who is married to Josh Fields and has two children Pearl and Asa), and they have one son Austin Murphy.

Yuliza is a hometown girl. She is bilingual, being able to speak both English and Spanish fluently. She graduated from Weatherford College earning her Associates degree and her RDA Certification. On her free time she loves to spend it with her family, and her cat Frida. She also likes to pursue photography, and likes to draw sketch, paint, and fish.

Sarah grew up in Louisiana and graduated from the University of Louisiana at Monroe in 2007. She decided she wanted to be a hygienist when she was in high school. Being in the dental field has been a rewarding career for her. She enjoys helping others. She lives in Weatherford and has one son, Brody. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, working out and traveling.

Kristie joined Dr. Murphy's team in 1999. She is a a certified dental assistant through the Dental Assisting National Board. She assisted Dr. Murphy for 18 years, and is now the Business Assistant. She and her husband, Dalen, have two sons, Thomas and Jeremy. She likes to spend her free time spoiling her granddaughter Kennedy.

Tonda has been in dentistry since 1983, and has also been with Dr. Murphy since 1983. So if you have been to the office or called you have probably seen or spoken to Tonda. She is a hometown girl, and married her high school sweetheart, Randy. She has two wonderful kids. Kyle and Kirstie, and two grandsons Ryker and Dax. Her personal time is either spent with her family or reading
