Ricky Smith, D.D.S. started his journey with Burlington Dental Center as an associate in October 2017. He was born and raised on a farm, south of Hartford, KS. He completed his graduation from Hartford High School in 1974. Later, he went to Emporia State University and graduated in 1978 with a degree in biology. He also attended the University of Missouri at Kansas City from 1979 to 1983.
He got married to his wife Wendy in August of 1983. Both of them moved to Hartford, KS and started his dental practice in Gridley, KS. They had their first son, Zachary, in March of 1988 and their second son, Corey, in September of 1990. They moved to Burlington, KS in 2003.
He was inducted into the International College of Dentists in 2000 and was recently awarded the Rinehart Medallion by the UMKC School of Dentistry for philanthropy, community service and his excellent service in the field of dentistry.

Great place. Caring staff. My five kids are comfortable here. I drive myself and family a good distance to go here.

i loved the place the dentist and tha assistans are verry nice clean everywhere it was the best place to get fillings and or everything else

The best dentist I've ever been to. He's done my wisdom teeth, cavities, crowns, a little cosmetic repair along with routine cleanings. I would not hesitate to refer Dr. Hargreaves to anyone.

Very friendly staff. Dr. Hargraves was very informative, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. My cleaning was very relaxed and enjoyable. Entire staff is phenomenal, and very clean office (cute decor). Would highly recommend their office to anyone!
