My initial consultation was amazing. Everyone is knowledgeable and extremely patient with you. I have one of the worst gag reflexes known to mankind and they were patient and had several solutions for me to try in order for things to be smoother for me. I have confidence that the procedures will be successful and proceed smoothly.

Excellent customer service. My molar had cracked the previous day. I called and the doctor saw me the following day. He took care of the issue quickly. Very professional environment.

Dr. Gonzalez is one of the best! He listens, answers questions, and most importantly, cares about how you feel. The dental hygienist is also very good!

Laredo Dental Care and staff did an outstanding job when I went for my 6 month dental cleaning. Staff was friendly and they were right on time. I was out in 30 minutes. I will be back in 6 months for my next cleaning.

Gloria, the office manger, is rude, impatient has a bad attitude and cares nothing about helping potential patients find the correct insurance information. There are a lot of other dentists in town, but this office does not seem to realize that. If you want a dentist who cares nothing about supporting visiting military members, this is the dentist for you!

I went to get my Annual Teeth cleaning and was amazed by how attentive and helpful the staff is. If you're on a tight schedule, Laredo Dental Care will work with you to accommodate a time for you to see them. Everything is really clean and they are very careful when it comes to implementing covid control measures. As a person that hates going to the dentist, this was a great experience.
