At Laredo Covenant Dental Dr. Jae Chun is a compassionate and kind dentist. He addresses his patients' total health. For example, he makes sure I take my antibiotics prior to any dental procedures since he is aware that I have a hip implant. He is an expert at teeth cleaning, root canals, crowns, bridges, dentures and all other dental procedures. I have received these kinds of dental treatments from him in the last seven years, and I am very pleased with the outcomes. Furthermore, his staff is excellently trained. I appreciate their friendliness.

I DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO START TO EXPRESS MYSELF WITH OUR EXPERIENCE TODAY AT OUR CHECKUP. MY HUSBAND AND I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH DR. CHUN HIMSELF (TO BE CLEAR NOT HIS STAFF). WE WENT FOR CHECKUP AFTER MY HUSBAND GOT ONE TOOTH REMOVED 3 WEEKS AGO. MIND YOU WE DON'T HAVE INSURANCE (PAYING OUT OF POCKET) BUT WERE REFERRED BY A FAMILY MEMBER WHICH I'M EMBARRASSED TO EVEN SAY HIS NAME. SO ON OUR FIRST VISIT THEY QUOTED US PRIOR TO OUR CONSULTATION WHICH WE AGREED ON AND PAID AND EVERYTHING WENT AS PLANNED THANK GOD. BUT TODAY FOR SOME REASON WHEN WE ASKED ABOUT PRICING DR. CHUN GOT SO BOTHERED AND LITERALLY YELLED AT US (WELL ME )AND MADE US FEEL SO UNCOMFORTABLE AND EMBARRASSED, HE LITERALLY SCOLDED US FOR ASKING HOW MUCH THE PROCEDURES WE NEEDED DONE WERE GOING TO COST US. I absolutely love Laredo Covenant, Dr Hung was recommended by a friend and so I made appointments for my family! It all starts with a very cordial lady named Vanessa, she will help with the appointments, then Ms Monica, and Ms Desiree (hygienist)! Dr Hung is very practical and cordial too, he extracted my daughter's wisdom tooth; two on one side and will extract the other two on a separate appointment, but the two already extracted he did amazingly; my daughter was very nervous and he made her feel safe and comfortable! Love Laredo Covenant and all their staff!

Dr. Jae, what can I say? In my almost-55 years of life, I had NEVER had such a great experience...and with a ROOT CANAL!! My blood pressure usually goes up with any visit to the dentist. I was extremely nervous, as this was my first root canal ever. Dr. Jae put me at ease, immediately, and I even took a couple of naps as he worked on my tooth. Yes...NAPS! Highly recommend this highly skilled doctor!!!

No one honestly compares to Covenant Dental! They have the cleanest dental office I have ever been to. Everyone there are extremely hygienic constantly changing their gloves from one patient to the other, and they open the new sanitized tools in front of you. They have all their tools labeled and nicely organized. You'll never see Dirty tools thrown out in the open. I have great peace of mind when I'm there knowing that they are doing everything to keep me safe from Covid. The Dr Chun wears an N 95 mask. They also have multiple air purifiers where the patients are sitting. I know some people may think, well of course that's the way it supposed to be. But no! I have gone to several other dentist local and out of town before Dr Chun or to other specialist for procedures and no one is as clean.! Additional, I have never once felt any kind of discomfort or pain during any of the procedures he's done. All the staff there are warm, friendly and knowledgeable!. There is no other dentist I trust more then Dr Chun! He is my family's dentist.

Had a wonderful experience. From the front staff being so welcoming and friendly. They were very helpful when I asked about pricing. They explained everything & even provided me with some payment options. Dr. Chun & Abby(dental assistant) where very attentive and caring. If you need a dentist look no further. Will definitely continue to visit this dentist's office.
