I loved the front desk ladies and one hygienist , they were always very friendly. Unfortunately after a few events I had to look for another dentist. After going there for almost 1 year I got a phone call from someone saying I could no longer be seen since they never accepted my insurance. As a military spouse that was unexpected, but I would have understood if there might have been an error, but the lady on the phone also brought up my last visit saying I should have been charged more for having my permanent retainer glued back without knowing the hygienist broke it during the cleaning which was very painful.

My son was hit in the mouth with a baseball and Dr. McCarty bonded his front teeth and now we just have to wait until he is older and his mouth is full grown and developed and will be doing Porcelain crowns. The work he did was amazing and you can't even tell that they are bonded. Great job

I don't know where to begin. Maybe I will start with the fact that I went there for check-up without pain in my teeth and I left there with pain. I went back to them to fix it, but two month later I still have pain in my tooth, and I do not want to come back there anymore (and that's for two reasons - I do not have that kind of time to keep coming back and second, I do not trust them to be able to fix it). When I first came there, I asked if everything was OK with my insurance, because I filled everything online before the visit. They assured me that everything was fine. After my dental hygiene was done, dentist checked my teeth. He said that I will need three cavity fillings, he did not give me my treatment plan or estimated cost for these procedures. After I was done with my visits, I was asked to pay my bill, ok, I paid it. A few weeks later statements from insurance company started flow. But not for me. If was for my husband. Insurance letters kept saying that they declined pay for MY dental procedures. Well of course they declined it, I have my own insurance! I cleared everything with them when I went back there because of my pain. Then two month later my husband (yes again my husband) gets bill from this clinic, claiming that he has to pay. Well first time it could be honest mistake, but to keep doing the same mistake... I do not want my husband to be bothered about my dental problems and bills. But since the bill was for my husband not for me, I thought that was some kind of mistake, because I already paid my bill and the amount of money, they were asking was even bigger than I paid. But when I contacted them, they didn't even bother to apologize for the inconvenience, just stated that I owe that money. Then they sent me copies of my insurance claims, and only then I noticed that they are saying that 4 cavity fillings were done, and I am almost 100% sure that this is not true. Also, they used more expensive fillings, and insurance company do not cover them. And if they had given me estimated cost for these procedures, I would be never had them done. Furthermore, before I made an appointment with this clinic, I contacted them and asked if they also treat kids. They assured me that they treat kids and that they have spot for my kid. I was really glad that they could take him so fast, because he was complaining about the pain. But only during his visit we were informed that they do not have equipment for kids, and that they would recommend going to another clinic. We went to another place, but that cost us another extra 100 dollars, because our insurance said that we exhausted coverage for this procedure (primary examination). Maybe these are the reasons why they always have spots for new patients. I really would not recommend going to this place.

A great example of what dentistry should be. Compassionate, straight forward, highly qualified and honest. I don't think you will find a better Dentist in the area. I travel 50 minutes and it's worth it.
