I took my teenage daughter to Dr. Larcher to have her wisdom teeth removed. I was impressed first of all with all the awards and plaques he had on his office walls of recognition for his expertise in his field as an Oral Sugeon. I felt as though we found a great doctor. After meeting him, he was professional and kind to both of us. My daughter recovered quickly. I believe it was due to an excellent performance of surgery on my daughter! His office staff are very friendly and helpful as well!!!

Worse experience I've had. First time I went to get my wisdom teeth I was told he could not pull my teeth because I was on antibiotics. After two weeks I went back off antibiotics and everything cleared up. Because my throats was "a little" red they would not pull my teeth two times now I have rearranged my schedule. I am completely annoyed and will be going to another office. On top of myself and my mother telling him I was fine and cleared to get my wisdom teeth he proceeded to yell at my mom. Very unprofessional.

I had an outstanding bill I paid 6 years ago at the Dr's office for $70. I paid the bill at the office as it was going to collection and they said the would stop the collection and post it as paid. Fast forward till now, it still shows on my credit bureau, shows it as still unpaid. Try and call the office to get help from there Biller to find a resolution and try and take care of it. She was super rude to me. I ended up taking care of it via the collection agency. But I wouldn't recommend going to there office. If they can't keep good on there word or records, how well do you think they will take care of your teeth.

The doctor himself and his assistant were very professional and kind. I did however have a terrible experience with the receptionist. I was prescribed an antibiotic pre surgery but was having difficulty swallowing it. I expressed this concern to the doctor and he prescribed me a new liquid antibiotic to take after the surgery. When I went to get the prescription filled I found out that I couldn't afford to pay for it. I called the office back to ask if it was necessary for me to take the new prescription or if it was only prescribed to me because of my expressed difficulty in taking the other one. As I was trying to explain this to the receptionist, she cuts me off only to say "you should just take what the doctor prescribed to you". I tried explaining again so she could hear the whole story but she continued to cut me off and repeated herself. I told her okay and hung up. I called the doctor back a couple minutes later and asked to talk to the doctor directly, she asked why and I expressed to her that I don't feel comfortable discussing anything with her. She said the doctor wouldn't want to talk to me unless I talked with her first. I was then able to tell her the whole story before she finally said "let me go get the doctor". I didn't understand the point of interrupting me and then refusing my request to speak with Dr. Larcher. She seems to have some authority complex. I would recommend the doctor himself but try to make your interaction with the receptionist brief.

awesome! I went to get a wisdom tooth pulled and he checked me out and told me he didn't think I needed it pulled. I went back to endodontist who had done a root canal to get some more films and then consulted again with Dr. Larcher. Looks like I will have the tooth pulled at some point, but not as urgent as everyone else was telling me - so I have time to save to pay for it -- Thank you for your time and consideration!!

Not professional, condescending, arrogant to name a few. I would recommend finding a different DDS rather than Larcher.

Thank you Dr. Larcher for a job well done. . I must say, your "Thank You" card is an excellent thought. To me it protrays an on-going interest and concern. And your help was very cordial and professional . Ralph Leonard .
