A couple years ago he put in a crow and bridge in for me then some time after i went in with some pain and discomfort. I was sent home being told not to use whitening toothpaste. I went to another dentist to get a second opinion and that i had not only a cavity in one tooth but needed a root canal in a other. I guess no one knows how to read an x-ray at lapolla's office either. Anyway i will not be back there nor will i recommend to anyone

Pretended I had some no shows, so they wouldn't see me,but previously they were booked for 4 months due to covid. May not want to go here any way, they don't sterilize equipment

Very gentle hygienist, clean office, Dr. Lapolla addressed and fixed my front tooth that a previous dentist tried to fix. Efficient and professional office staff.

I went in for a tooth ache 4/19/21 they told me there was nothing wrong ? I questioned this but again he's the doctor I left upset and still in pain ! I had to go back on 5/25/21 with the same tooth ache but getting worse, They billed me again but this time they called it an emergency visit that I had to wait 3 weeks to get ? This time he told me use sensitive toothpaste, 2 weeks go by and the tooth I have been complaining about breaks off while I'm eating !! So I call Dr Rohenbaugh in Cortland he does the same x-ray and finds the tooth has a crack down the center. Now is broken off and needs major repair . Dr Lapolla is a Quack !

I was looking for a new dentist for my wife and kids. We both had a bad experience there. My wife has never had a cavity and at the office she was told she had one. My wife let them repair it and she has had pain in that tooth ever since. I had a filling that fell out and they repaired it. It was a fast sloppy job and it feels very rough in my mouth. We both had cleanings that were also poorly done. But most of all, we felt like we were on a conveyor belt. Very unfriendly people that make you feel like you are just another number. My family will not be going back.
