Two stars because the work I had done by Dr OBryan held up well. He did a beautiful job with my dental restoration. However, the receptionists were unprofessional. They discussed personal client information within earshot of waiting customers. These discussions were oftentimes rude comments about client finances or client personal hygiene. This is the reason I decided to go elsewhere. In addition to this, I was told I would owe a certain amount of money for services. After services were rendered I was told I owed more. I believe I was overcharged.

I WOULD NOT recommend Lapeer Family Dental. They have the highest turn over rate for staff I've ever seen. My family and I have been patients there for 2 years and have never had the same dentist or hygienist. During our most recent visit, our 11 year old daughter went in for X-rays and a cleaning. The dental hygienist confirmed with me before taking her back that we are only taking X-rays and cleaning but NO fluoride treatment. They both come out about 25 minutes later. The dental hygienist tells me right away she put fluoride on my child's teeth because that's standard practice even though I explicitly said to not put it on. She insincerely apologizes after I angrily address how wrong she was for what she intentionally did. She had no right to go against my wishes as the parent! I also had a terrible experience with choking and pain while they put sealant on my teeth. It's clear that this office is incompetent and they do not perform good safe services. My family and I will not be returning to this dental office.

Had a 3 o clock appt, got here at 2:45, at 3:15 they said "oh we need you to fill out paperwork" still waiting to go back to see the dr. Unbelievable!! I really need to find a new dentist.

My 3 year old loves it here. They are very patient and work with him and make it a great experience.

Very kind and friendly staff. Loved my hygienist, she made the cleaning experience quick and comfortable from the time I sat down to the time I left. I would recommend Lapeer Family Dental to anyone in the Lapeer County area.

I just moved here from Mississippi and needed a dentist right away I have severe anxiety issues but this place put me at ease they were very gentle and understanding helped me out alot set me up a treatment plan even referred me to a place who can put me completely asleep for my extractions so I won't be nervous they are wonderful here would highly recommend

Dr. Sawicki, his assistance and staff are all phenomenal! They have turned my nightmare in a pleasure. I couldn't be more happy. Customer for life!

Staff at the front desk are always friendly and helpful. My hygienist did a good job cleaning my teeth, gentle but thorough.

I am new to the area and my initial impression was very positive. The reception team (Jessica & the new girl) were very friendly. The Hygenist, Laura, was great. Dr. Grindling was also very good. Daniela was also very friendly and gladly accepted my co-pay :} I will be recommending your office to both my wife & son.

I took my son to Lapeer Family Dental and explained to them before any work, that my son had a lower tolerance for pain, and would need additional methods on hand. I was totally happy with his experience and their patience and expertise in my sons care. He actually looked forward to his appointments! I would recommend LFD to anyone who has fear about dentists or has children who are apprehensive or fearful. This place is the best! Regards DL Bigelow

I had a wonderful experience, I had 15 teeth pulled, 5 at a time in 3 visit. I have had any trouble or felt any pain. And I only took tylenol and advil. thank you for my great smile back! Will recommend this place to everyone.

Ive been going to Lapeer Family Dental for over 12 years now... Now that should say alot.. 12 years of great service and fantastic customer service The ladies here are fabulous and caring The dentists are friendly and formative Great atmosphere

I have been going to this office since I was a child although not on a regular basis. Recently went in for tooth pain they got me in within 24 hrs. Got a full set of xrays and a plan of action for my damaged teeth. Very pleasant to work with. Considering the whole Covid thing I will be going back in about a month to get the issues taken care of.

I haven't been to a dentist in a long time... I have at times high anxiety. I had to get a tooth pulled but now I have to have oral surgery so I was visibly upset. The ladies in the office made me feel so much better. One (I am sorry I forgot her name) even came out side while I wasin my car to make sure I was OK. They even called me the next day to see how I was and to see how my 1st appointment with the oral surgeon went. Sadly that oral surgeon can't get me in until September... they even have me the name of another surgeon.. I get to have surgery on the 12. Thank you so much!
