When I went in the lady at the first desk and another lady made me feel comfortable and then another lady put me in a room, to wait to see Doctor Jeremy Zaluski and another lady came into the room to fill out the paperwork. All of them plus Doctor Jeremy are extremely very caring people and they go out of their way to help me relax. 9-8-2022 was my first time. They treat you like family and that means so much. I've had a lot of bad dentists/ doctors, so I'm still nervous until I get to know them. It's very hard to find a dentist or doctor that you can trust. I felt comfortable with Doctor Jeremy. 11-7- I saw Doctor Z and he's an outstanding dentist and he explains everything and he's very nice and extremely caring.

sneaky services... we called to make an appointment and informed them that an x ray was already done and we knew my boyfriends tooth needed to be pulled. he was charged $240 out of pocket for an x-ray that he didn't want nor need and was told they couldn't pull his tooth the day we scheduled it to be pulled. he was told it would cost $500+ just to pull the tooth. we informed them from the beginning he is low income and has no insurance and they said they could definitely help us out. not returning, will be calling monday to discuss the shady practices and i may contact the better business bureau. don't go here unless you want to be scammed out of hundreds of dollars.

This was my first visit. Absolutely awesome experience. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and very nice office. Looks like I found my new dentist! Very happy!!

Great professionalism. Kalip was patient and used good techniques to work with my emotionally impaired child. The front desk staff was awesome, and the Dentist knowledgeably answered all of my concerns.

Everyone was just great! I needed to be seen on short notice and they were able to get me in ; I not one of those people that loves to go to the dentist- they made sure I was comfortable. Great customer service and great dental service! Highly recommend!!

Best dentists ever! I've always had trouble finding a dentist I like. Ever since I was a kid I've experienced poor work, dentist who made me feel bad about my weak teeth, and dentists who could not able to fit me in for regular appointments or emergency appointments quickly. Even had a dentist nearly fall asleep while drilling a cavity. But Lansing Elite Dental is on a whole other level. They fit me in short notice, they do amazing work, and not once have they made me feel bad or embarrassed about weak teeth. They are so sweet, professional, and always make the experience a good one. I literally am excited to go back for my next teeth cleaning. They are that good!

I just finished my first appointment and I have to say, I'm impressed. The office is clean, the staff is nice, and the exam is thorough. My hygienist, Emily, did a great job, and Dr.Hutnik was friendly and helpful.

Office not family friendly feel anymore. Remodeling leaves no place to sit while paying or reviewing info. No sense of privacy to discuss anything. No area for children. Total corporate feel to office now. Great hygienist! Hope to meet new dentist next time.

Worst dental experience I've ever had. The price you're told multiple times will not be the price you pay. I went for tmj because they have that listed on their website that they actually know something about that subject. He knew absolutely nothing.. not a single thing. He gave me an X-ray not sure why, it told him nothing.. literally waste of time. I paid over $100 more than what I was told I would pay. For absolutely nothing. I would give 0 stars if I could.
