Dr. Lansford was born and raised in Porterville, CA graduating from Porterville High School in 1994. He then attended Cuesta College and California State University, Sacramento on his way to earning degrees in Biology and Chemistry graduating Cum Laude and being elected to the Blue Key National Honor Society. Dr. Lansford then continued to Boston University for his Doctorate where he graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2004.Dr. Lansford then chose to serve in the US Army. In 2004-2005, he completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency with the 101st Airborn Division in Ft. Campbell, Kentucky. It was here that he learned many advanced concepts not normally taught in dental school. Dr. Lansford then served inseveral military leadership roles such as a platoon leader in the 464th Medical Company and Officer In Charge (OIC) of the Landstuhl Dental Clinic in Landstuhl, Germany. Dr. Lansford also served as the Chief of General Dentistry at the Landstuhl Regional Medical Center where he was the first dentist seen by those Soldiers, Sailors, Marines and Airmen flown out of Afghanistan and Iraq for Medical and Dental emergencies.Dr. Lansford has receivedmultipleawards throughout his career including membership in the Omicron Kappa Epsilon dental honor society. He is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. He was accepted for Membership in the prestigious Pierre Fauchard Academy in 2004. In 2008, Dr. Lansford was awarded a Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD). This Fellowship signifies a Dentist's dedication to continuing post-doctoral education and Fellows must have 500 hours of continuing education as well as challenging and passing a strenuous examination. He then continued on to pursue Mastership and was awarded this distinction in 2018 in New Orleans. There are over 32,000 dentists in California and only 232 have been awarded the title of Master in the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Lansford has completed well over 2000 hours of post-doctoral continuing education and is passionate about being a lifelong learner. Dr. Lansford is also a member of the Spear study and faculty club and is a graduate of the California Academy of General Dentistry Mastertrack program
Clinically Dr. Lansford is passionate about cosmetic and restorative dentistry and has extensive experience in restoring implants and operative dentistry. Dr. Lansford is also a member of CERECDOCTORS and has trained extensively in Scottsdale, AZ in CAD/CAM Dentistry and with Spear education
Dr. Lansford has lectured for the California Academy of General Dentistry and the Preat Corporation on topics including large implant restorative treatments and Occlusion. Dr. Lansford enjoys working out and spending time with his family at Lake Nacimiento in his free time. He is married to Dr. Jennifer Karanian and they havetwo daughters, Georgianna and Alexandra

Following her undergraduate education, Dr. Karanian spent 9 years practicing as a Dental Hygienist prior to attending dental school at Boston University where she graduated Cum Laude in 2004. Dr. Karanian was then commissioned as a Captain in the U.S. Army where she received a post-doctoral certificate in Advanced General Dentistry from Ft. Campbell, Kentucky where she was a member of the 101st Airborn Division. She then continued on to serve 4 more years in Kaiserslautern, Germany where she treated U.S. Army Soldiers and their families. Dr. Karanian has recorded well over 1100 hours of continuing education and she is aMaster in the Academy of General Dentistry (MAGD). There are less than 130 practicing masters in the state of California. She has done extensive continuing education in Cosmetic Dentistry and completed a variety of courses in comprehensive restorative dentistry. Dr. Karanian's family has a long history in the dental profession. Her father has been a practicing dentist for over 50 years in Enfield, Connecticut. She has over 20 years in the profession as either a Dentist, Hygienist or assistant. Dr. Karanian and Dr. Lansford were married in 2005 and they havetwo daughters, Georgianna and Alexandra

Petra hasbeen in the dental field for over 30 years. She has been a long time resident of Paso Robles. A graduate of Paso Robles High, she has been serving the community in this practice for over 20 years. Petra not only brings a wealth of clinical experience from her years of chairside assisting, but constantly strives to help our patients maximize their dental insurance benefits with her knowledge of insurance coding and working with insurance companies.
Petra enjoys traveling to Germany, her native country, and taking beach trips to the Virgin Islands. She is also legendary in our office forthe unbelievable birthday cakes she makes for each staff member.
Jody hasenjoyed workingin the dentalindustry for over 30 years. She spentyears workingas a dental assistant and an office manager in the Sacramento area before moving down to the Central Coast.Jody acts as our unofficial concierge and works constantly to provide outstanding customer service to all of our patients. Whether its getting the patients their complimentary coffee, calling a cab, or walking the elderly out to their car, Jody goes above and beyond to put the needs of our patients first.
The Lansford Dental Hygiene department is committed to excellence in all areas of patient care, periodontal health and patient education (as it relates to their systemic health). Everyone will be treated in a gentle, thorough manner, while building rapport and trust in a non judgemental atmosphere. It is our highest goal to provide exceptional, quality care while utilizing state of the art resources to become the best dental hygiene department in all of California.
Lisa has been in the field of dental hygiene for 20+ years. She joined us almost 6 years ago after practicing in the Salinas and Carmel Valley areas for years.Lisa decidedto move toPaso Robles in order tobe close toher family who have been long time Paso Robles residents. Lisa is an extremely talented hygienist that is dedicated to preventative care and patient education.
Lisa is passionate about leadership. She has taken multiple John Maxwell courses in leadership and mentorship and is a huge asset to the practice in these areas. Lisa enjoys spending time with her husband Craig and camping with 'Getaway RV rentals' on the central coast.
Barb has had over 25 years experience in the dental field. First as a dental assistant working in both the back and front office and currently, for the last 12 years, as a Dental hygienist. She enjoys working with patients and teaching them about better oral health care.
She graduated from San Joaquin Valley College with her degree in Dental Hygiene and studied at the University of Pacific for alternative practice in dental hygiene. Barb has worked for the California Dental Hygiene board for the past 5 years.
Janay is our newest hygienist and has been with us for over a year. She graduated from Diablo Valley College with her degree in Dental Hygiene. She was born and raised on the Central coast and has spent the majority of her life here.
Janay enjoys camping, backpacking and spending time at the lake. She also enjoys giving back by volunteering in the community. We are very excited to have such a hard-working and positive individual to our team.
We will work to develop excellent interpersonal skills in order to understand and care for our patients. Our aim is to enhance their confidence in the dental environment and ensure their comfort. We will strive to be detail oriented and value and grow in our continuing education. We will work to take high quality x-rays and impressions and be prepared so we can efficiently work in concert with the Doctors to meet our patient's needs.
Jenny joined our team in 2018 and we are excited to have her. She is enthusiastic and excited about dentistry. She has attained the highest degree that a dental assistant in California can be granted and gives us a new facet to our practice. EF2 dental assistants can adjust dentures, place final restorations and many other things that previously only dentists could do. She has been in the dental field for 9 years.
Jamie is a native of the central coast and went to Morro Bay High school. She has been with our practice for just under a year and comes to us after working for some time in the wine industry. Jamie is friendly and kind and you will almost always see her smiling.

Dr. Lansford repaired my chipped front tooth today, and now it looks perfectly normal and natural. He is an artist when it comes to teeth! He's also personable, calm, and thorough in his explanations. His expertise, his state-of-the-art office, and his amazing staff are a testament to his consummate professionalism. A++++ dentist!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Lansford for over 10 years. During that time he has performed a variety of dental procedures for me, including fillings, restorative and cosmetic procedures. I have always felt comfortable and confident in Dr. Lansfords' ability to take care of my dental needs. He is a perfectionist and the results of his work have never disappointed me. Lansford Dental is the absolute BEST! After I completed chemotherapy, I was searching for a dentist that is well-versed in all of the complications that arise after treatment. You'd be surprised how many dentists don't possess the knowledge or know-how to address cancer patients' teeth issues. I made a 3+ hour drive to be seen by Dr. Lansford, and I'm SO glad I did! From the moment I entered the office, the staff was warm and welcoming. Dr. Lansford was thorough, extremely knowledgeable, and very detail-oriented. I will not hesitate to return, and I have recommended them to several friends. Best experience @ the dentist I've ever had, which we all know is hard to come by! Thank you so much, Dr. Lansford and staff!!!

What a great experience! Who walks out of a dentist office after having a broken tooth repaired, replaced with a permanent cap in the same day, and then says, the experience was the highlight of thier day. Dr. Langford and his team are the absolute best, and customer service at its finest. From the minute you walk in the door, until you leave. All of the newest in technology and Dr. Langford's people skills are unmatched. My wife and I are new to the area and unfortunately hadn't established a permanent dentist. Having an emergency on a Saturday and not having a dentist can be your worst fear. Dr Langford was highly recommend by our friends, so I gave him a call and left a message, hoping someone would return my call. Within minutes Dr Langford called, and after only a few minutes, one would of thought he was our family dentist for years. He first made sure I wasn't in any real pain and then made me his first appointment on Monday morning. I never felt so comfortable talking to a doctor for the first time in my life. It took me three weeks to figure out how to post a review, but it was the least I could do for the first class attention I was provided. Believe it or not, I'm looking forward to my next visit. Thank you Dr. Langford, you are the BEST
