I've never written a negative google review but feel the need to address this issue in public- I was essentially charged for a service I did not need. When discussing the issue with the receptionist who takes cares of billing, the conversation was then passed on to the dental hygienist who worked on me. She admitted that the service they charged me for was unnecessary. After then handing the issue back to the receptionist, I was then told that I still need to pay for the unnecessary service because the "claim was closed out" and that they'd just "make a note" in the future to not give me that service again lol. My experience here has always been great but I cannot continue to support a business that holds me financially responsible for services that I do not need without my knowledge. Feels like a shady business practice and their attempt to make their mistake right was a total fail. Super disappointing.*Now making an edit to my post in response to their reply of this review- Its not about me not wanting to pay for the deductible decided by my insurance. This is about having to pay for a service that they admitted to me not needing. Bottom line- i was told they accepted my insurance when making the appointment and then i got billed for a service that I didn't need AND was not covered by insurance*

I needed an emergency Extraction done. I was in a lot of pain. I call about 20 places and no one would see me. It was one last chance before I gave up and set up an appointment with someone else days away and hopefully deal with the agonizing pain. When they picked up. My first question was did they take my insurance? And they did! I told them what was going on and if they could see me today? And they could. Everyone was very nice. Me and the dentist had a good break the ice conversation Lastly I made this place my dentist off because of all this. Keep up the good work.

I've always been afraid of Dentists! However my experience at Landsdowne Dentistry was so different. I absolutely LOVE the way I was served. I will recommend this place to everyone I know that needs Dental work done. YThankyouyou!mmuch for the

I have never had a bad experience with Lansdowne Family Dental. I absolutely recommend this dentist location. The dentist is superb, friendly and so knowledgeable. Always handles any procedures I've had done with care and no pain. Highly recommend!
