We saw Dr. Targan for a consultation. He explained everything that would happen in a procedure I was considering, was very thorough and patiently answered my questions.

Thanks for making my recent visit so pleasant. Everyone is so nice at this office, and takes the time to talk to you. Considering I never liked going to the Dentist, I enjoy my visits at Lansdale Family Dentistry.

This practice is very good in what they do. I am able to schedule appointments to fit my schedule. They accept many types of insurance. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable and get the work done with a smile. I recommend this practice.

This office uses some really questionable billing practices. Paid for a visit using my Flexible Spending Account. I also have Dental Insurance and got an EOB outlining my exact costs, asking for an explanation for over-payment ($40) beyond the negotiated rate. Called the office to enquire why they overcharged, but was given a run-around saying that was it was for a co-pay, when I didn't have any. Submitted that to the FSA office and that was denied. On the second call to this office, they claimed it was for a deductible. This was also flatly rejected by the FSA administrator. Called back the office and I literally had to yell at the person answering the call (BTW, it's the same person that I got on all three calls) before he transferred me to someone who suddenly claimed her account had a credit of exactly the same amount in question. Now they are in the process of refunding the FSA administrator, saying that it could take upto 5 business days. Until it reaches that account, my FSA card has been suspended. Scrutinize everything that this practice charges. If it weren't for my FSA administrator that $40 would have just gone to their pocket.

I recently underwent a periodontal cleaning with the hygienist. I have hardcore anxiety about dentistry, as well as am self conscious about my teeth. That being said he (Umair I believe), made me feel welcomed and relaxed. He explained everything to me step by step. Two days worth of treatment went by amazingly fast and I've never felt better about how they look now. He kept the process simple and checked in with me many times throughout the process. I really appreciated his work and now enjoy coming here.

We used to like coming to this dentist, but now that the staff we used to see started leaving, we are considering leaving too. To start, I received a call 15min before my appointment to tell me that the hygienist was running late all morning and to ask if I wanted a later scheduled time. This was a very nice gesture but was so close to my appointment time I'd already left the house. If the office was running late all morning, why would you wait to call? Then, the new male hygienist continued to make comments during the appointment that were condescending and borderline inappropriate, such as "you must not be a very good girl huh?" and "you're too young to have stress it's not good for girls like you." Additionally, despite following all the recommendations provided to me since starting at this dental office (using an electric toothbrush, flossing, water pik etc), the male hygienist accused me of not even brushing my teeth because my gums are sensitive, despite even the dentist telling me I had very nice teeth. These are only some of the complaints I had leaving my appointment, and many friends and family members who have been to the same practice have had similar experiences since they hired new staff members. We would no longer recommend this office.

I am really anxious about anything involving dentist, but hygienist Hina really helped calm me down. She was really patient, went slow went I requested and even answered my 30+ questions lol.

I needed work on my two front teeth as one had very old bonding which had cracked, and the other was a crown made abt 30 years ago which looked fake. The Dentist made me AMAZING life like temporary crowns for both! I can smile again while waiting for the permanent crowns to be made. His manner and attention to detail was awesome and I would definitely recommend this practice to everyone. The entire staff is very professional and kind!

Everyone has been so nice and a pleasure to come to the office always try to accommodate me and my crazy work schedule my Dr takes the time to explain his plan of action doesn't make me feel he wants to hurry me out to get to next patient

My review was deleted. I gave it a 1 star. They are in the business to upsell. They are borderline one step away from putting a gun and asking if you need all sorts of treatments and making it sound like you will drop dead any second if you don't get it. All my friends who go here experience the same thing.

I've had a cracked front tooth for the longest. It was embarrassing and hard to smile. Dr. Ronak Thesiya repaired it beautifully. He took his time to make a perfect match and did the filling. What an amazing job. Would highly recommend. Now I can smile confidently!

Very friendly atmosphere. The Hygienist, Hina was very nice. She took her time and was very gentle. She is caring, loving and knows her job. The dentist was very nice too. They are one big loving and caring family. I would recommend Hina and the dentist to everyone. Great job! Keep up the good work folks.

Its really hard to find a good dentist, and my experience coming here was wonderful. The staff was very friendly, and they did an amazing job on my teeth. Very welcoming atmosphere and clean. Always a pleasure when you have a receptionist that is very friendly and beautiful. I definitely recommend this place, as I have told friends and family already.
