Dr. Langhorst is a graduate of the University of Michigan, School of Dentistry (D.D.S. 2011) and completed an additional residency in General & Aesthetic Dentistry at the University of Michigan. She has practiced dentistry as an associate in dental practices in Ann Arbor and Grand Haven, MI, as a dentist in public health in Saginaw and Muskegon, MI, and she taught dentistry as a full-time and adjunct clinical instructor at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry while practicing in the Ann Arbor area.
Dr. Langhorst believes in preventive dentistry and patient education. She strives to continually improve and was recognized as a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry in 2016 (FAGD). She is a member of the American Dental Association, Michigan Dental Association, West Michigan District Dental Society, and the Academy of General Dentistry. She is a member of the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine and has received the Qualified Dentist designation for providing oral appliance therapy for sleep disordered breathing. She previously served as a board member for the Academy of General Dentistry.
While Dr. Langhorst is originally from Midland, MI and received her B.A. degree in Chemistry from Case Western Reserve University (Cleveland, OH), she fell in love with west Michigan and has decided to make this her home by setting up her dental practice in Holland. She enjoys outdoor activities, running, biking, playing tennis, and swimming.
Riley grew up here in West Michigan. She attended Grand Rapids Community College where she completed their CODA accredited Dental Assisting Program and became a Registered Dental Assistant. However she has spent the last three years being a dental assistant in Bremerton, Washington enjoying the mountains and the Puget Sound while her husband served in the U.S. Navy. Riley strives to help anxious patients through all their dental needs and hopes to make their visit with us a little more enjoyable.
When Riley is not in the office she enjoys spending time with her husband, Austin and their beloved dog Gus doing everything and anything outside. They also enjoy spending time with their families and during hockey season cheering on The Detroit Red Wings.
Teah attended Grand Rapids Community College where she completed their CODA accredited Dental Assisting Program to become a Registered Dental Assistant. When Teah is not in the office she enjoys attempting DIY projects and doing just about anything outside during the summertime. As for in the winter, Teah has lived in Michigan her whole life but enjoys avoiding the colder temperatures by staying inside watching documentaries and playing with her zoo of pets at home. The most pets shes had at one time was 13!
Cheryl grew up in Jenison and has been in dentistry since high school. She was certified at the Careerline Tech Center, attended Grand Rapids Community College, and graduated from Washtenaw Community College with her degree as a Registered Dental Assistant in 2007. Cheryl has worked in dental offices in the Grand Rapids and Hudsonville areas as an assistant and at the front desk for over 30 years. In Cheryl's spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, singing on the praise team at church, helping on the committee of Hope for Single Moms and fishing with her husband, Jim.
Shannon completed her dental hygiene degree at Grand Rapids Community College. She grew up in Pierson, MI but has travelled all over the United States. Outside the office Shannon enjoys cooking, hiking, camping, fishing, and spending time with her husband, Chris, and her cat, Luna.
Kate has extensive knowledge and experience in dental hygiene after practicing for almost 20 years. She is upbeat and personable and continues to be very passionate about dental hygiene and oral health.
Marsha is originally from the Chicago area (Crete, Illinois), but spent her adult life in Midland, Michigan where she worked for over 38 years at the Dow Chemical Company in Research & Development as an analytical chemist and research leader. She was responsible for the development of analytical technology and methods to accelerate a broad range of new product and process research programs.
In her free time, Marsha enjoys traveling and exercising (tennis & spinning/biking) with her husband, Marty, and spending time with her three children and three granddaughters, all residing in Michigan.
Vada graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in human biology and health promotion. She is also a certified nursing assistant. Vada grew up in Lake Zurich, IL but relocated to the Holland area about 4 years ago. Outside of the office Vada enjoys going to the Farmer's Market, watching the sunset, and baking.

Great experiences . Family friendly and so welcoming. Kate Levandoski is my Hygienist . So thorough, and gentle. Very personable.. Dr. Langhorst is Also very gentle, kind and compassionate. I've had several procedures done and it's literally pain free. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. The office is very nice , modern and so clean . I would recommend this office to anyone .

This office puts the health, safety, and comfort of patients first! They're happy to answer questions and work through whatever situations come up. I especially appreciated Dr. Langhorst's caring, proactive approach, which has been hard to find in other dentists.

Sarah is a great Dentist she explains everything in great detail ..She is working with some great hygienist (especially Shannon, very nice and gentle). HIGHLY RECOMMEND would have given 5 stars but the missed appointment fees are crazy (i understand one but i feel like your reminded about a missed appointment over and over again)

I love Langhorst! They're so friendly and helpful; it feels like a family when you're there. They never shame you when telling you to brush/floss more, like what used to happen to me at the dentist. I can't recommend this team enough!!

The best experience I've had at a dentist's office so far. Every member of the staff I met in this office was warm and friendly, and Dr.Langhorst was excellent. I've brought up my gum issues to dentists in the past and was never listened to- Dr. Langhorst listened carefully to my concerns and made sure to take a look at my gums and referred me to a specialist which I'm very thankful for. I feel very comfortable and very cared for at this office. I'm so glad I found Langhorst Family Dentistry.

Best experience I've ever had with a dentist. Walking in I HAD many dental issues. Dr. Langhorst and staff are top notch,, they explain every step of the way and answer all questions. Dr. Langhorst's team provides kind, professional, and caring service through the entire experience of working with them--from the reminder call to check-in, from the procedures to the follow-up call. Each staff member is knowledgeable, hospitable, and passionate. I avoided the dentist for years after negative experiences elsewhere, but switching to Dr. Langhorst has me feeling comfortable with my dentist again!
