Had a appointment for a month faxed all the paperwork i need when i made the appointment. I call in the morning to see if everything was ok and the lady i talked to said yes. So i go to my appointment and the front desk lady skinny long brown hair was so ignorantly talking to me saying she dose not have any paperwork from me. Now how dose that happen? Anyway she told me to call my dentist to fax more paperwok over and come back in and she asked what i was doing i told her doing what ahe told me to do. She was aweful and then got made and asked if i could come back next week. Why? My appointment was for 345 i got there at 320. I work i domt have time do that right now. Just a aweful experience i would give 0 stars

My son had all 4 wisdom teeth pulled. After surgery I felt rushed out of the office despite him barely being able to walk. I called later in the day with an issue and they advised me to take him to the emergency room if the problem continued. I fully expected a follow-up phone call later that day or the next day at the latest, and almost a week later and I never received one. In have never had an office not follow up with a patient after a surgery, especially after that patient had an issue.

Got my all 4 wisdom teeth extracted from this facility and everything seems fine. They were very professional with seeing me and giving me directions following the surgery. Also very fast, estimated an 2-3 hours before surgery and finished in just over an hour.
