Dr. Allen Langford attended the University of Tennesee for his undergraduate work. He then attended the University of Tennessee Dental School graduating in 1998. He was then accepted to the University of Tennessee, School of Orthodonitcs and completed his residency in June of 2001.
Dr. Allen Langford was born and raised in Knoxville and attended Blue Grass Elementary School and Farragut Middle and High School. Hes loved Knoxville his whole life and recognizes how the community played a big part in helping him to become who he is today.
After attending the University of Tennessee for his undergraduate work,Dr. Langford graduated from the University of Tennessee Dental School in 1998. He was then accepted to the University of Tennessee, School of Orthodontics and completed his Residency in June of 2001 with a certificate in orthodontics and a Masters degree in Dental Science.
Dr. Langford and his wife Julie, have three children. They love the Vols, the mountains and lakes of Knoxville, reading, movies, traveling and trying to spend as much time together as possible before all their kids grow up.

This staff has been awesome! My daughter just got braces put on. She was super nervous about it! They made her feel comfortable and welcomed! When she left she was calm and at ease. They explained things very well!

All the people who work here make you feel welcome and are so nice. They make it as easy as possible and work with you on the cost and payments. Dr. Langford is great and such a nice person. I highly recommend them!

We love Dr. Langford's office! I received braces from him several years ago and am currently getting my oldest braces this summer. We fully plan on using Dr. Langford for all of our children's orthodontic needs.

Deciding to finally invest in myself as an adult braces wearer is one of the best decisions I've ever made. Dr. Langford and staff were always courteous, caring, and made me feel confident in my decision to "do something" for positive change - even after 40. Wearing braces made me feel so much better about myself that when Dr. Langford announced it was time to take them off I asked him if he was really sure. He was. If you're on the fence about your smile, hop off and go visit Dr. Langford and his friendly staff!

i love langford. the staff is nice and reliable and the place is well kept and clean. however, i hate that they're open only three days a week. i haven't had my braces changed in a while just because i couldn't find a good time to go because of my parents work schedule, school, and the fact that langford in seymour is only open a few days a week and the one in knoxville is for people in knoxville only, or at least that's what i heard.

My daughter received her braces just prior to the COVID pandemic, and due to the guidelines was not able to have her return appointment in person. They were able to conduct a virtual visit to check her progress, and texts with Dr. Langford and his staff were super convenient! Dr. Langford and his staff are great -- super friendly and helpful. Wish I had used this office for my other daughter's braces!

My son and daughter go to Dr. Langford. We love him and "the girls". They are always so good to my kids and make them feel so important. I know you wouldn't get better care any where else.
