Dr. Allen Langford attended the University of Tennesee for his undergraduate work. He then attended the University of Tennessee Dental School graduating in 1998. He was then accepted to the University of Tennessee, School of Orthodonitcs and completed his residency in June of 2001.
Dr. Allen Langford was born and raised in Knoxville and attended Blue Grass Elementary School and Farragut Middle and High School. Hes loved Knoxville his whole life and recognizes how the community played a big part in helping him to become who he is today.
After attending the University of Tennessee for his undergraduate work,Dr. Langford graduated from the University of Tennessee Dental School in 1998. He was then accepted to the University of Tennessee, School of Orthodontics and completed his Residency in June of 2001 with a certificate in orthodontics and a Masters degree in Dental Science.
Dr. Langford and his wife Julie, have three children. They love the Vols, the mountains and lakes of Knoxville, reading, movies, traveling and trying to spend as much time together as possible before all their kids grow up.

Each of them will go out of their way to explain exactly what will be taking place during your treatment. To maintain certification and to stay current with advances in orthodontic treatment, we attend frequent continuing education seminars and national professional meetings.

The Best in Knoxville!!! The front office is very professional and accommodating. Dr. Langford and staff are very knowledgeable. My experience has been awesome and my results have been even better!

Dr Langford and team are the best around when looking to get your teeth straightened. With the ability to offer traditional braces, aligner trays like Invisalign, and new 3D printed tech they have a solution for every situation. Whether your teeth are young, old or bordering on geriatric like mine, they are able to work with you to accomplish your chomper goals. Haley has been especially great as I've gone in for my regular adjustments. She's always quick while remaining accurate and gentle. Her and Dr Langford remembering me and my progress over each visit helps me to feel confident that I'm in good hands. If looking for an Orthodontist in Knoxville, look no further! Great experience. Would recommend. 5 stars.

I had a retainer made here and the staff are all very knowledgeable and friendly. The retainer process was simple and it fit perfectly. I couldn't have asked for better service!

I could not have asked for a better orthodontic experience. Dr. Langford is very friendly and very good at explaining each step of the process in a clear and simple manner. All of the staff that I interacted with were also extremely kind and made me feel comfortable at every check up appointment. Highly recommend Langford Orthodontics!!

Dr. Langford is both professional and caring which is a difficult line to walk. From years of experience, he can determine the correct approach to get the appropriate outcome for each individual. Deciding to finally invest in myself as an adult braces wearer is one of the best decisions I've ever made. Dr. Langford and staff were always courteous, caring, and made me feel confident in my decision to "do something" for positive change - even after 40. Wearing braces made me feel so much better about myself that when Dr. Langford announced it was time to take them off I asked him if he was really sure. He was. If you're on the fence about your smile, hop off and go visit Dr. Langford and his friendly staff!

Inefficient and very messed up place!!!! I'm trying to schedule an appointment for my son for more than 3 weeks. But, seems like the front desk is REALLY disorganized. They asked me to send my son's records from the former office (out of state) and I sent it twice by email, but they say they don't have it. When I called for the 3rd time a lady said that she was calling our former office to get the records and she would called me back to schedule the appointment but, she never called me back. So, I called them to know what happened and if I could bring my son anyway, a lady that answered the call was very rude and even did not know about my case (like anything), they are VERY messy and lost about information. Seems like they don't talk about issues to each other in the front desk. I fell sorry for the orthodontist because he is losing patients because of the inefficiency of the front desk!

Most Definitely recommend Dr. Langford!!! Always in and out! His staff is amazing, the front desk laddies are AMAZING and so helpful, they are flexible and all about making it convenient! All 3 of my children have went through him and still is Cannot say enough good things!!!!

Our family absolutely LOVES Langford Orthodontics on Fox Road, Knoxville Tennessee! The staff is incredibly polite, kind, knowledgeable, and very eager to assist with issues or concerns about your care. Dr. Langford is fantastic! His skills and knowledge are exactly what one could hope to find in an orthodontist. My son was told by many other orthodontists in the Knoxville area that his mouth and teeth would require excessive treatments. Dr. Langford has provided my son with extraordinary care at a very reasonable cost. I wish I could have known before I visited other offices. Dr. Langford and his wonderful staff go above and beyond the expected scope of care to provide excellent care for you or your loved ones.

Dr. Langford is top notch!! He is such a genuinely nice doctor that cares about his patients. He is also very professional and has great communication with the patient and the patients parents! Dr. Langford's staff also needs recognition because they have always been courteous and accommodating. The office is always clean and inviting. I went to a few local orthodontist and wasn't impressed. I travel an hour round trip because I do believe he's the best! My 9 year old daughter has been Dr. Langford's patient for about 8 months. I knew he was great from the beginning, but I wanted to wait a few months to write an honest review. Everyone that I meet that needs an orthodontist, I refer them to Dr. Langford!
