Dr. Bill Lange has been setting the highest standards of excellence in orthodontics for over 20 years. He received his doctorate from the University of Kentucky in 1992, with high honors. He then attended Case Western Reserve in Cleveland, Ohio, where he completed specialty training for orthodontics in 1994. He completed his residency. He then went to work with his father in Cincinnati, Ohio, where he has been in practice since 1994. They worked together until Dr. Dave Lange retired in 2012.
Dr. Lange met his wife, Susan, in college and has been married now for over 29 years. They have three children; their daughter, Dr. Caitlin Flosi, is following in her father and grandfather's footsteps by practicing as a general dentist in Fort Worth, Texas. She is married to Jake Flosi. Their daughter, Lauren Lange, lives and works in Park City Utah, and their son, Drew Lange, is currently a college student in Cincinnati, Ohio. Dr. Lange also has a furry family member, a Bernese Mountain dog named Duke.
All team members are certified in CPR, First Aid, HIPAA compliance, and OSHA. All of our clinical assistants, financial coordinator and practice manager have their radiography license, and they participate in continuing education to maintain these licenses.
Tracy has worked with Dr. Lange for 19 years. She worked in the clinic as an assistant for 12 years. In her free time, she enjoys spending time at Norris Lake in Tennessee with her family and her dog Jack Hammer. She is an avid Buckeye fan!
Donna has worked at Lange Orthodontics for 38 years! She watched Dr. Lange grow up and become an orthodontist. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and her five grandchildren. She enjoys gardening and reading.
Sharon has worked at Lange Orthodontics for 38 years. She worked for Dr. Dave Lange and watched Dr. Bill Lange grow up and become an orthodontist. In her free time, she enjoys boating and camping at Dale Hollow with her family and friends. She enjoys sewing, crafting and cross stitching.
Donna has worked for Lange Orthodontics for 32 years. She has also watch Dr. Lange grow up and become an orthodontist. She started as an assistant and then moved to the lab. She has attended many classes for lab training and makes all our appliances in house. Donna has been in the orthodontic industry for 50 years! She enjoys spending time with her family and nine grandchildren.
Kim has worked for Dr. Lange for 16 years. She worked in the clinic as an assistant for 12 years before moving into the financial office. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, two dogs and one cat. She volunteers at Matthew 25 Ministries when time allows. She is an avid Tennessee fan.
Monica has worked here for 15 years. She attended a technical school for dental assisting and trained under an orthodontist to become and orthodontic clinician. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. Her two school-aged children keep her busy driving to and from sports and school events.
Sam has worked with Dr. Lange for 8 years. Sam came to the office as a dental assisting student. She did her externship with us, and she worked out so well that Dr. Lange hired her after she graduated! She enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons. Sam spends most of her time driving and attending her sons sporting events.
Kim has worked with Dr. Lange for 4 years. She has been in the orthodontic field for 11 years. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, stepson and two dogs. They travel all over Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia and Tennessee riding their UTV with friends.
Connie has worked for Dr. Lange for a total of 8 years. Connie fills in as our Lab Tech when needed. She enjoys spending time with her family and her grandson. In her free time, she bakes, does crafts, and boats.
Crissy has worked with Dr. Lange for 3 years. She started out sterilizing instruments for us during the summer and was hired on in the fall. She enjoys spending time with her husband and their two sons. She has a toddler and an infant that occupy all of her spare time! She is very active in her church.

Dr. Lange and his staff are absolutely amazing! I've been a patient since April, and I can see such a difference in my smile. I can't wait to see and share my smile at the end of my treatment!

Amazing professional staff!! Every single one of their employees goes above and beyond to deliver the best experience possible. They make your child feel comfortable and they also ensure each procedure is explained in detail. I can't express enough how much you need to choose them as your provider! You won't regret it! The staff, as well as Dr Lange, are always kind and professional. Treatment and cost is clearly communicated. We have yet to see them running behind. Longest wait has been, at most, 5-10 minutes. A very well run practice.

Can't say enough good things about Dr. Lange and his staff. They are phenomenal at what they do and even were able to handle my more complex orthodontic case as an adult. A small paragraph can't express my thanks to him and all the techs, office team, etc. They truly care about their patients and their results. Highly recommend!

My 7yr old daughter needed a possible space maintainer so we saw Dr. Lange and had the best experience ever. From the front staff to the clinical staff and of course Dr. Lange. I was in and out quickly did not have to wait and was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism in this office. Keep up the great work Dr. Lange and staff!

First time we visited Dr. Lange at milford, the clinic was very clean and fantastic. I like that place, the staffs were very accomodating, and friendly. Dr. Lange is also very nice they explained everything to us that we need to know regarding our kids teeth concern.We are very please and my daughter is excited to come back again in 4 months.

First time we visited Dr. Lange at milford, the clinic was very clean and fantastic. I like that place, the staffs were very accomodating, and friendly. Dr. Lange is also very nice they explained everything to us that we need to know regarding our kids teeth concern.We are very please and my daughter is excited to come back again in 4 months.

My daughter was nervous to go to her first orthodontist visit. As soon as we walked in the Lange Orthodontics we could tell that they had a wonderful work environment. Dr. Lange and his staff made you feel so comfortable and gave detailed information from the treatment to the payment portion. Our daughter left very excited and looked forward to her next visit to receive her braces. We would recommend Lange Orthodontics to everyone!

Dr. Lange is wonderful. He is professional and knowledgeable, but also has a great personality and genuinely cares for his patients. He does not recommend procedures that you don't need, but instead lays out the facts clearly and keeps your best interest in mind always. His new offices in Milford are FANTASTIC, and his staff are all incredible. I highly recommend Dr. Lange and his team!!

What a great impression Dr. Lange and his team gave. This was our initial consultation for the kids, and they all were a bit uneasy going in. The team made the kids feel at ease and spoke to them like young adults. The office is very welcome and warm. They have some nice features like curved walls, window walls, and a open concept that is bright and clean. I urge those that are starting down the path of orthodontics for their family to give them a visit. Thanks again Team Lange!!
