The staff is very friendly. They saw my baby girl was nervous and reassure her that everything was going to be fine. They complimented her once she got her braces and made her feel really good. Dr. Lane is awesome and he has an awesome staff. Thank y'all for everything.

All three of our children have been treated by Dr. Lane and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. There is hardly ever a wait time and the staff is very friendly.

About 8 years ago my son began seeing Dr. Lane. At first it was just consultations for orthodontics. For the first few visits (over the course of nearly 2 years) Dr. Lane would examine his mouth & say "We're not QUITE there yet." He had baby teeth still coming out and Dr. Lane wanted to wait until they were all in to start ortho work. So we saw him (free!) for almost 2 years before we ever paid a dime. THAT was impressive to me. When my son's mouth was finally ready to actually begin ortho work, our payment was carefully explained and we were able to set up a payment plan that suited us. For about 2 years (I think we went over the 2 year mark by a couple months), my son's monthly visits were a part of our routine and we grew to love the staff and Dr. Lane. On the day that we removed my son's braces & he got his retainers, I thought we were done. But Dr. Lane continues to see his patients post-braces! I've never heard of another orthodontist who does that. Every few months for the first year we went in & he checked to make sure nothing had shifted/moved and that the retainer was still in place. After the first year I think we moved to once every 6 months. Any time my son's lower (permanent) retainer popped out of the cement that holds it, visits to get it glued back in were at no cost to us and the staff always seemed happy to see us, like a 'family reunion' of sorts. The purpose of this review is just to say that I am happy to recommend Dr. Lane and his staff every time a friend talks about their child needing braces. We had an extremely good experience with him and appreciate all the many YEARS of dedication to our child's teeth. Thank you Dr. Lane!
