Dr. Dominguez earned his dental degree from the National Autonomous University of Mexico and later completed a postgraduate program in Advanced Education in General Dentistry at Howard University. Dr. Dominguez has extensive experience in general and pediatric dentistry.
In addition to his practice in Virginia, Dr. Dominguez often travels to Mexico on mission trips that provide dental care to people in need, and participates as volunteer in Dental Community Clinics in Virginia. He also enjoys spending time with his family, reading from his favorite authors; Gabriel Garca Mrquez and Stephen King and participating in triathlons like the Iron Man 70.3. Dr Dominguez is fluent in English and Spanish.
Dr. Manhal Eliliwi was born in Aleppo, Syria. His passion for becoming an Orthodontist led him to start his education at the Damascus University School of Dental Medicine. After he completed his time in Damascus, he moved to the states and completed his research at the Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics Department of the Boston University School of Dental Medicine. Completing his comprehensive education, he received his Orthodontic Certificate from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.
Dr. Mannys time inschool led him to a long-standing list of accomplishments and admiration by his peers. He has spoken at the American Association of Orthodontics (AAO) Annual Meeting, published articles in many Orthodontic oriented journals, and is a reoccurring member ofthe American Dental Association (ADA).

Dr. Constanza Mondragon is originally from Colombia, South America. Inspired by her desire to serve others, she attended dental school at El Bosque University in Bogota and obtained her DDS degree in 1995. In 2002, Dr. Mondragon decided to pursue her passion for dentistry in the United States. Dr. Mondragon completed the International Dental Graduate program at Nova Southeastern University in Florida, earning her Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry degree in 2015. While she earned her degree, she found joy in treating children and in 2017, Dr. Mondragon pursued and completed a postgraduate program in Pediatric Dentistry.
Dr. Mondragon is committed to providing a top-tier standard of care to ensure her patients have a beautiful and healthy smile. Her passion and love for Pediatric Dentistry is reflected upon every patient she meets. Outside of dentistry, her hobbies are playing soccer with her nephew, working out, and dancing.

It is the best family dental office in Alexandria. I have visited several and this is the best experience I have had in my life. My son and I went for a dental routine appointment, all the staff is very friendly, they help you and explain everything with love. If I could give 100 review stars, I would. I don't remember everyone's name but they are tremendously professional and and Doctor Dominguez is the best in the world... and also they speak Spanish too.

Happy to share my experience. Dr Dominguez was very professional. He explained on the condition of my tooth that it's needed to be removed. The extraction was quick and I didn't feel pressured. I will have to visit his office again for the next plan/treatment that I need to do on my teeth.

I truly recommend this practice! Great experience from start to finish, greeted by front desk, assistant Adriana was efficient and courteous, Dr. Dominguez was professional, kind and very knowledgeable. My daughter was well taken care of, went for a cleaning, and had her filling done same day, also got lucky to see ortho, very pleased. Will definitely recommend to family and friends!
