Dr. Summer-Marie Joseph is originally from Montreal, Canada, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and Immunology from McGill University, graduating magna cum laude. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Howard University in Washington, DC. She then went on to pursue a General Practice Residency at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center in Hartford, Connecticut. Her training included restorative, surgical, and emergency dentistry, with an emphasis on special needs dentistry, where she gained experience performing treatment in the operating room. Dr Joseph has a passion for community outreach and has participated in several Mission of Mercy and Give Kids a Smile events. She is an active member of the Maryland Dental Society, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the American Dental Association.
Dr. Joseph is a classical violinist, and has been a member of various orchestras both in Montreal and Connecticut. In her spare time she enjoys travelling, both domestic and abroad, reading, and biking.

Highly recommend Landmark Dental! Dr. K and his entire staff are absolutely amazing. From the minute you walk in the door to the minute you leave, best dental experience ever with kids! Took our 8 year old and 1 year old twins to him and the whole experience was awesome. We were so nervous about our little ones seeing the dentist for the first time and the oldest going to a new one. Very thorough with the oldest and making sure he was good to go. And did such a good job helping our little ones adjust to the first visit. Assured us that everything with all 3 kids was good. Also the office doesn't have the typical "dentist office" smell, everyone knows what I mean by that. It was clean, smelled amazing and they had fun music playing! If you or your kids need a good dentist to go to definitely see Dr. K at Landmark Dental!

I took my grandson in for a cleaning, the staff was so courteous and the doctor absolutely amazing and so kind. He explained everything. Great experience.

Growing up I was so scared of the dentist but now I can say I absolutely love it. Everyone is EXTREMELY nice and always go above and beyond here. I would and I always recommend this place to people! I promise you will not be disappointed here! I can't imagine going somewhere else now.

Just amazing experience. Right from booking appointment to completion of my treatment there, everything was done in a professional and friendly manner. At LD, you are not a regular patient, they make you feel like their family member. Not only are Dr Khayyar and Dr Joseph are excellent professional dentists who are incredibly intelligent in their fields, but are genuinely caring and also, understanding towards any problem, their patients face. (dental issue, rescheduling of appointments etc.) They even stayed late hours many-a-times to finish their appointments with a smiling face. Their passion and dedication towards their work is inspiring on an another level. I would recommend this clinic for anyone who has a dental problem around Harford county.

Great, clean office. Dr Joseph was very gentle and understanding of my dental anxiety. She took her time explaining everything to me. I didn't feel rushed at all. I highly recommend this office.

I have always been afraid of going to the dentist. But when I had pain and couldn't take it anymore, Dr. Ahmed Saadulla was there to help. He recommended a root canal. People have always said terrible things about root canals. He made the procedure easy and best of all he got me out of pain. I am so indebted to the kindness and good work of Dr. Saadulla! By far the most precise and thorough dentist i've ever been to.

Dr Joseph is very calm and caring. I had to have a couple of teeth pulled and I was very scared but I didn't feel anything. She called to make sure I was ok and if I needed anything after my appointment. I have never been to a dentist that was this good or cared this much. I highly recommend this office.

Best dentist ever and I've been to a few. It's so clean and everyone is really professional. Very accommodating. I feel like they went above and beyond every time. Can't say enough good things. I will definitely go back and continue referring people here.

My son had a very bad gag reflex....after coming to this dentist he no longer has one. This dentist is the best. He is caring and patient. He goes above and beyond. We need more health care providers like him.

This is the best dental office I have been to. I needed to get a root canal and was very nervous. Everyone was extremely kind, patient, and professional. I highly recommend this practice, especially if you have any kind of dental anxiety.
