Dr. Mahal received his DDS from Columbia University in 2012, achieving Excellence in Restorative Dentistry. His area of concentration in dental school was oral surgery, and he spent numerous hours learning in oral surgical clinics. Prior, he had studied at Government Dental College in Amritsar, Punjab, India. To remain current with the latest techniques and technology, he regularly advances his knowledge through continuing education courses. He is also a member of the American Dental Association and the International Dental Implant Association.

In 2015, Dr. Mahal moved to Sacramento after serving as a dentist in Miami and Boston. His goal as a dentist is to take care of his patients with the best available and up-to-date knowledge. He wants to reduce dental pain and discomfort and help patients achieve great smiles that they are proud of. Dr. Mahal believes a great smile is the best dental referral. Land Park Dental is very compassionate and caring toward our patients needs; Dr. Mahal and our team do everything we can to keep patients comfortable and happy in the dental chair.

Dr. Mahal is married to Raman, a lawyer by profession, and they have two handsome sons, Ekam Singh Mahal and Zoravar Singh Mahal. Dr. Mahal enjoys hiking, water sports, and soccer. He has tried sitting in front of the TV and playing Xbox, but finds that he cannot stay indoors. If talking were a hobby, it would be his favorite.

In 2002, Dr. Sasha graduated from the University of Michigan and received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. After graduating from the University of Michigan, Dr. Sasha performed a General Practice Residency at the Medical College of Ohio receiving additional training from highly skilled and qualified dental specialists.

Dr. Sashas ideology and work ethics mimic ours at Land Park Dental, thus, making her a great fit. Dr. Sasha continues to expand her expertise in oral hygiene and dental health care fields by continuing to learn new skills through continuing education, so that she can provide the best treatment for her patients. She firmly believes in treating each person as a unique individual and providing quality dental care to all. Dr. Sasha is also passionate about contributing to society and serving others. Dr. Sasha makes time to volunteer at various dental camps in her effort to give back to the society, both at home and abroad. She has provided dental care to the underserved communities in Nepal, Cambodia, and Guatemala.

In 2019, after practising for seventeen (17) years as a general dentist in the States of Michigan and Colorado, Dr. Sasha moved to sunny California to be closer to her family. When not working with her patients to take care of their dental needs, Dr. Sasha enjoys exploring NorCal, drawing, yoga, playing guitar, and planning her next epic hike or volunteer trip.

Melissa grew up in a small suburb of Boston, Massachusetts. She moved to Sacramento and started her dental career in 2018. Melissa did her externship with Land Park dental and we hired her permanently with our office. Her favorite thing about working in dental is getting to know patients and making sure they are taken care of. Melissa also likes the fact that everyday brings something new and different. Outside of work you can find Melissa spending time with friends and her significant other. Melissa enjoys staying active and spending time with her dog Tank and her cat Cleo. She also enjoys staying at home and watching a good Netflix show. We love having Melissa be apart of our dental family!

April was born and raised in Sacramento. She has been in the dental field for over 6 years now and we are thankful to have her be a part of our dental family! Her favorite part of the dental field is seeing the smile on the patients face when they are happy with the work that has been done. April also enjoys the new advancement in technologies and procedures for dental and likes to always take advantage of learning new things. April has 3 kids and two dogs. Outside of work she enjoys staying active by going on bike rides, and spending anytime she can outdoors. April also likes to spend her time cooking.

Lenka was born and raised in Europe. She has been in the dental field since 1996, where she started out as an Oral Surgery assistant in San Francisco. After 10 years she moved with her family to Sacramento, where she decided to pursue her Dental Hygiene degree. Lenka has been working as a RDH for 11 years now. Lenka loves educating her patients towards better oral hygiene care and habits. Lenka also strives to make her patients feel less apprehensive in the dental chair. Outside of work you can find Lenka reading suspense novels, watching mystery movies, working out and shopping. Lenka also likes to spend time outside attending to her flower garden and taking care of her 3 cats and 2 dogs. Her free spirit and warm personality really make her an amazing team member and a delight to have in our office.

Each set of aligners is designed to make small changes to the alignment of the teeth. As you switch sets of aligners about every two weeks, your teeth will be gradually, gently guided to their proper positions. You will also visit our office on a regular basis during treatment to make certain that your smile is progressing as planned.
