My son comes here and has been for awhile everyone is very sweet and understanding very gentle are experience here is just amazing I would definitely recommend if your in need of braces All the receptionist at the front desk are very very nice everyone in the back is nice as well

Office is super hot no ac on at all 80 degrees in there the appointment was at 2:40 and we did not get seen until 3:24 all of this the only good thing out of the visit is the $7 starbucks gift card for reviewing this hot office other than that the people are excellent please fix the ac before October

I will never recommend Land Ortho. We started with them 18 months ago and it has been terrible everr since my son received his braces. Starting with they tried to pay us with a Dunkin Donuts gift card after leaving a review and showing it to them to get the card. That is where all the positive reviews are coming from. This was my first realization that we chose the wrong place. Moving on... After about 2 months we were waiting at least 45 just to be brought back. Even when we are the first appointment! Towards the end it was an hour wait. They never answer the phones and I have never been called back when I leave a message about a broken brace. Unless you are a new patient and hit#1. They won't answer it, bit they will call you back IF you are a new potential patient. We had a fewchanges in insurances shortly during our treatment and gave them all the new info. They never updated it... Ever. Now 16 months later I am left with figuring this out. We moved out of state towards the end of treatment and they were supposed to mail my son's retainer to us. Nope! I had to hound them for it. When I would finally get through, They kept telling me they would call back when they spoke with whoever mailed it out... I never received a call back and then it's a run around trying to get ahold of them again. Still haven't received it and we are over 4 weeks of having braces removed. Probably going to have to find a new ortho near us to fix this. $$$ wasted with them. My opinion is Dr. Schreiger is just money hungry. She has WAY too many patients and she doesn't treat her patients with the respect she demands. Every appointment I would get at least 3 automated texts telling us if we are late more than 5 minutes our appointment would be cancelled. But then she makes you wait over an hour with no apology for it. FYI we were never late, even after we moved and drove 3 hours for the last few appointments. Avoid this place like the plague.

Update: the wait times are absolutely ridiculous lately, I am very please with the actual treatment, but the organization and office management needs an overhaul..I've repeatedely had to wait hours to be seen, which is unacceptable, because staff could have rescheduled if they were having staffing issues. Previous review: It's a family affair, braces for the whole family with no complaints. The staff is always professional. The office is modern and clean. Prices are reasonable even when paying out of pocket.

Can we say ratchet, inconsiderate, and unprofessional. I wouldn't give a star if it was an option. The only thing they are worried about is money. I have to come in everytime I have a question. That's a 45 min drive. No one answer phones or returns voicemail. I asked the front office staff about it, they just Shrugs it off And Turn their lips up. I'm getting appointment notifications about appointments we didn't even make . The appointments we did make is no longer in the system. Mind you I drove 45 minutes to make the appointment SMH. Previously, I even came for an appointment only to find that the office was closed .. My whole family has been in orthodontic treatment elsewhere, this office is definitely half a$$. The service, experience, even the education provided to my daughter whom first time in brace....... Just throw the whole office away. The people that are giving this place 4 or 5 stars must be friends or relative of someone who works here.

Overall I think it's a pretty good place. Everyone there is nice with me and they're very social. I would recommend it

The front staff they have up there now is terrible and so unprofessional; not to mention one is a manager. These people with they superiority complex need to get it together. You might be the head of that dentist office but you're not going to talk trash to me like I'm nobody in a condescending way. The other ladies were way better!! Had to wait 40 min plus for an appointment then they had the audacity to get upset with me and try to kick me out because I inquired about what was taking so long. You shouldn't schedule appointments if you can't see them through then have to deal with a front staff that can't even answer a simple question in a professional way. Are you behind??? Yes or no! No elaborate explanation about information irrelevant to me is needed. Pitiful. Exactly why I stay in my car when I go there because the vibe and professionalism there is terrible. Angier is better.

The office management is TERRIBLE! I got braces through this team and it's been a LIVING NIGHTMARE! They don't take care of you. You are nothing more than a rushed job for money! Everytime I've been in office they have had such bad practices left residue on my gums and teeth. I have been cut in my mouth without a respectable apology. If you want a team that wants to make a difference go elsewhere! I just wanted to fix my smile with the work they have done Already it'll take twice as long for someone else to fix. I'm EXTREMELY upset and I'm really thinking hard about contacting someone for legal help. I reached out to them this morning and Marquita answered the phone. I asked for office management because she was supposed to call me back months ago. Marquita took my name and number and the office manager called me from her personal number. The office manager said "y'all are stressing me out" she even went as far as cursing at me over the phone! She has not an ounce of professionalism. I will not stand for this mistreatment any longer!

I love coming here, they have new assistants the new assistant are so chill makes me feel like home the music the vibes were awesome. I look forward to my next visit this time was beyond great best experience I ever had this time

DO NOT give them your business. I have already paid in full and been waiting since September for aligners that take one month to be produced. They tell you one month, but then it becomes two or three and now it's been 6 months and no one will return my calls. I have been wearing aligners meant to be worn for 2 weeks for 6 months. There is no administration. For 2 years, every month when I went in, all staff members are completely new from phones to office manager to the people working on your teeth. No one knows what is going on, what to do or where anything is. They are all interrupting each other's patient treatment to ask these questions. NO staff members stay at this location and you get to be their guinea pigs, every month. Don't give them your credit card information because no one is paying attention to when to stop billing. They will just bill whenever they feel like. Paid in full? They will keep charging you. Dr. Shrager took over for Land Ortho and I wish I had checked into her background. There's a lot there including a prior practice that was shut down in another state as well as other issues that would make anyone run. Dr. Shrager sells you the Invisalign brand, but you get sub par clear aligners from a lab Sun Dental (this is fraud). After digging, turns out she lost privileges to work with Invisalign. In my experience, the Dr. just wants your money and your insurance company's money and she either doesn't know how to do orthodontics or she simply doesn't care about her patients and possibly both. This is just the tip of the iceberg of my issues here. Look at her other reviews and believe them. The 5 star reviews are from when Dr. Land, who retired was running this practice.

Not a fan at all! Unfortunately I didn't have much of a choice where I got my braces but wish I told my mom to get me in somewhere else. The one doctor that I was ok working with (CT) no longer is there. She was the absolute best. Every time I go I don't look forward too it because there's always assistants working on me to do a half-a** job. More times than not I'm left with wires cutting my cheeks and having to come back way before my scheduled appointment. Not to mention they switch locations every day of the week so I then have to drive over an hour for something that should have been done right in the first place. Would NOT recommend.

This is absolutely the WORST orthodontist in the triangle. My nephew went to this establishment and had the worst experience with only two visits we had to take him to a new office. The Dr. commits so much fraud with insurance and trying to collect payment from people who's already paid off the balance. She lies habitually and if you attempt to question her on what's going on she will CALL THE COPS ON YOU!!!! When in reality someone should be calling the cops on her. I will be going to the dental board and filing a complaint!!!! I recommend you to read the other reviews about her previous office in Florida and make your judgment from there. She's horrible!!!

Check out what happened to her practice in Florida and make your decision on that! And where are all the employees going! Where are all your employees going? So sad!
