I went in for a consultation and was charged $175 despite having insurance. I really wish they would have told me this upfront.

Beware of this office. They made me pay over $1000 up front for my daughter's teeth extraction when my portion after insurance was only $176.78!!! I was told that was just their "estimate" of what I would owe. Then I had to wait over 90 days for a refund and when I received my refund it was $85 less than what it's supposed to be. Called and was told they have "internal" fees they charge the patient that they don't bill to the insurance company!

Nerve damage from tooth extraction .No help or support just come back in 6 months Be aware of this and hope it does not happen to you. Do your homework on the risk .It like to bad for you

Great Dr. would never go anywhere else if I should ever need the type of services. Pam and all the ladies in the office are super. I had extensive work done by Dr Grenevicki and the office personnel did everything they could to help with filing the insurance claims. Not sure what all the negative reviews are based on. It took months and multiple visits for them to take care of me. And that is what they did. I thank the office as a whole for everything.

If I could give this place a 1 star I WOULD! Was hired and worked a few days didn't enjoy it at all, manager is a bully to the other employees. Upon leaving obviously there is a paycheck made to me. I asked for the paycheck the day I did not return, the manager has had me run in circles, I've waited for over a month for this check and she kept reassuring me it would be here, here we are a month later to call her this morning and find out that she didn't send my check until two days ago. It is now February 21st and I worked for them before the new year. This office is a terrible excuse for a dental office. The manager doesn't do anything but sit around all day up front and goof off with employees at front desk, she is rude and bullies other employees and the doctor clearly has no say in what goes on at his practice. FIND ANOTHER DENTIST!

Great Dentist, had to have a tooth extracted, Did not feel any pain and was waiting for him to pull tooth , when he told me it was already out. Everyone in office was extremely nice and answered all my before and after questions. I received follow up telephone call post/ op I would highly recommend Dr Grenevicki and his staff

The doctor is super nice and friendly, but the office person that file claims is super rude. Per, my insurance company claims, I've been over charged for surgery by 330.00 and still waiting on a refund. Surgery was July 2021 and it's now October 2021. If you have insurance, they will try to charge you for a tray and supplies separately. Which is illegal, by the insurance company. The insurance companies have contracts with doctors offices and can not charge you more than what they send to the insurance company.. Just be carefull and watch your bill and claims. If you have insurance, everything should be pre-quoted before paying any money to this place. It does not take long to get a pre-quote from the insurance company before hand. I definitely would recommend the doctor but be aware of the after problems of billing.

Spare your self the horrible experience. The staff is so beyond horrible, and the doctor is aware. Pam, the office manager is so so rude and rotten. I will NEVER recommend this office. I'm seeing others have had the same experience with this Pam lady , sad the doctor will not fix his rude staff !

I had a #1 wisdom tooth removed yesterday by Dr. Grenevicki. A very well done procedure. Had a local with very little discomfort. I feel great today without pain meds. His assistant Maria was great also. Very easy going and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this practice.

Let me start off by saying that Dr. Grenevicki is easily the BEST oral surgeon in Brevard County, if not the entire state of Florida. As a dentist myself, I had a major complication after one of my wisdom teeth were extracted. I saw different doctors in both Brevard and Volusia county to help with my issue. Some helped to an extent, but were never really able to diagnose the complication to help me fully treat it. I came across Dr. Grenevicki and he immediately saw what was at the root of my issue. He has a lot of experience dealing with strange and unusual complications. I will be recommending him to all of my patients! People will post different reviews regarding their experience with the office and the staff, but as an oral surgeon Dr. Grenevicki's skill and diagnosis is the best of the best!

Absolutely terrible. Referred by ER after consulting with MD. Office manager, Pam, lied about contacting my auto insurance and refused access to the doctor. After providing alternative insurance, Pam decided to cancel my appointment without my consent with no option to self pay due to lack of referral. MD may be great but NOT worth dealing with the office staff.

Staff was wonderful.. helped my son to be at ease as he has major anxiety at dentist offices.. but Dr G was awesome.. he explained what was going on and how he could help.. got him in next day for his surgery and everything went perfect. Definitely recommend!

Was suppose to take husband there, but after reading reviews called to cancel? People don't like about bad experience's so no way will my husband go there and suffer? With underlying health problems and heavy bleeder?

I can see why there would be mixed reviews but the ladies are nice once they get to know you a little and the doctor is great he took my tooth out in less than a minute I would go back here if I needed another tooth pulled he's very calm
