Originally from Modesto, Dr. Bautista graduated from Central Catholic HS. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Oregon State. Following college he served in the Texas Air National Guard before receiving his DDS from UCLA in 1992. He practiced as a general dentist in Stockton until 2000 when he returned to UCLA for a 2-year residency in pediatric dentistry. In 2007, after practicing in Fresno for 5 years, Dr. Bautista came home to Modesto. In 2009 Dr Bautista was recognized with Diplomat status and is a Fellow with the American Board of Pediatric Dentists.
When not in the office he can be found at the airport. He has always had a passion for flying. He earned his private pilot license and drivers license on the same day!He regards his greatest accomplishment as a husband to Elizabeth and father to Isabelle.

My girls (4 &7) have been coming to Dr. Bautista for two years now and we couldn't ask for a better dentist! He and all of his staff make each visit a fun experience with their happy and bubbly attitudes, movies to watch during cleanings and balloons and stickers on the way out. Both of my girls get excited and look forward to dental appointments now.

The staff is very kind and sweet with my boys. Dr. B(as we call him in our house) is so happy and gentle with my kids along with being straight forward to me about their teeth. I'm so glad I was referred to them;their experience at the dentist is so positive when we leave.

Great place to take the kids! Great staff and a really great Dentist he truly cares about the kids. Been going to Dr.Bautista since my son was 4 and he is now 10. Since day 1 of walking in my son has never been scared or worried about going to his office, he loves the staff too! #1 in Modesto dentistry! Clean office and great parking too! Very flexible with scheduling too! You wont be disappointed and either will the kids if you choose Dr. Bautista

Dr. Bautista and his staff are kind and friendly. I've been taking my kids there for over 10 years. I love how he takes time to have a little chat with you before you leave. He really cares about his patients and their family.

Dr Bautista is the best! I wish he was my dentist. I will be sad when my son is too old to see him anymore. He has been amazing with my son for years. I reccomend him any chance I get. The staff has always been helpful for me but even better at helping my son when he was younger and scared. He had to have oral surgery due to his previous dentist's mishaps but they all made the process easier and would never go to another pediatric dentist. Thank you all!

We love Dr Bautista and his office staff! Our previous dentist referred our son to him when he started to feel scared with the Covid gear. He has been great and we are so happy with office. Billing always straight forward and accurate to what they explain it will be (our last dentist scheduled a visit too soon and we were stuck with a bill). I will be transitioning our other child to Dr B's care soon.

This is, by far, the best pediatric dentist in the area. My kids love Dr. Bautista and his staff. Everyone is always so friendly, and they do an excellent job with explaining things to my kids so they aren't caught off guard.
